For the sofa, get a sofa cover which will hide the car scratches. My friends told me to put blankets on the sofa to protect against scratches. Put scratching posts for the cat to use and a spray bottle of water for when the cat decides to scratch the sofa as a deterrent.
I love watching apartment tours , but I especially loveee thrifted apartments !!! It’s makes a home much more special in my opinion! I love your place btw
