Trauma does make a person feel afraid like they’re there again in the situation that is severely traumatizing. When he refused to answer questions and the Prosecutor asked to speak with him outside the presence of the judge, he then began to answer questions more freely. Insinuating what you did, without proof, is just speculation. Now, THAT is incredibly unfair to the witness.

The document that the defendant sent to the witness should be brought to the court attention and more charges should be filed with an automatic guilty charge for tampering with evidence or testimony of information that the witness may have.

When he initially stopped asking questions, the judge said she needed to speak with him outside the presence of the jury. Afterwards, he began to answer questions, albeit reluctantly, but he did. It's pretty obvious the threat from the defendant is known and the judge made sure of this man's safety. Unless you know specifically what was said to him or it was stated that they aren't helping him, you don't know anything.

This young man needs an attorney. He does not have to speak. I'm glad he did not speak. The prosecutor needs to make her case some other way or you give him some sort deal to have corroborate. She literally trying to bait him to speak. It's obvious she's needs his testimony.
An attorney was brought to the courtroom for him. I think he ran the risk of being sent back to prison with Rhodes in there as well. Who knows? Rhodes is tough in jail and exerts his manipulations over teens. He'll see what prison is all about! He testified and told the truth. He took back his power. He served his time per the plea agreement. He was on the streets with nowhere to go and that is how he met this evil being who promised all these teens money for a contract killing he was getting paid to do. But the brainiac shot the wrong person. We also learned that he tried to shoot another person after shooting the first one. Rhodes wanted the teens to take the wrap when he orchestrated everything. EVIL LOSER!!!

Aw .. 😢 .. they should have recorded his testimony instead of putting him on the stand. The way Brice sat back in his chair and mean mug the young gentleman like I dare you to talk is sickening. It doesn’t count if it’s not testified to on the stand, the jury needs to hear it. It’s part of the Federal Rules of Evidence or else his confession is not admissible in court. The problem is the DA and courts offered him zero deal or witness protection, they showed they could care less for him and he could see it!

For all the ones who are speculating that the state isn't offering any sort of protection for this brave young man testifying, you're just guessing.
How do you know they aren't? When he initially stopped asking questions, the judge said she needed to speak with him outside the presence of the jury. Afterwards, he began to answer questions, albeit reluctantly, but he did.
It's pretty obvious the threat from the defendant is known and the judge made sure of this man's safety.
Unless you know specifically what was said to him or it was stated that they aren't helping him, you don't know anything.
Honestly these young men have been more remorseful than most genuine. Sad that they made bad choices. One of the saddest stories ever. You can't change or go back to undo. All these young men wanted was money. But some have homeea and money and still do this. I don't know what else to say. If you aske they all died that night
