And don't you love it when she says, "I don't have much of anything red" and she's wearing a red skirt and she pulls out two pair of bright red shoes!!😄
My favorite time to thrift is in October when the thrift stores bring out their vintage and costumes. People are shopping for costumes and I am shopping for everyday wear. And I LOVE my army pants ! I am always on the lookout for a really great pair of boots.
I recently found your channel and you're really inspiring me with your creative and free self expression and style. I tend to suffer quite badly from seasonal depression and dread the long dark rainy cold winters here, and realised that my very practical winter wardrobe was bringing me down. I'm exploring ways to stay warm and dry whilst also looking and feeling better and more stylish. I think you might live somewhere warm but it'd be great to see you create some looks for cold, rainy and snowy winters! Keep up the good work 😊
My top 10 are hats, ties, thin turtlenecks, vest, printed pants, jewelry, purses, anything with stripes, and hair styles. Thanks for sharing your staples, and love that new skirt, great print.
I absolutely love your style. My life doesn’t lend itself to “dress up” like it used to but still like to have fun with my wardrobe. Watching your exciting fashion content inspires me.
Looooove all the fall staples being shared! A couple items I didn't see on the list that are musts for me are velvet smoking jackets and brooches! As a former fashionista who lost her way post-Rona, I'm feeling so inspired to play dress up again!! As always, TY for sharing your style with the world! HERE FOR IT!
I found a great pair of army green jeans and a camo jacket at a thrift store, also love scarves so I’m always on the lookout for something unexpected! I also love big chunky sweaters for winter! Thank you for sharing Beth! Have a great day from Canada! 🤗
Rewatched this video today! So much fun! I just happened to stop by Target this morning to also check up on their socks! I have so many different Target socks! I love them!
Fall is cold here and we have snow usually before the end of October... So fall for me is boots, chunky knits, blanket scarves, cords, blazers, button downs & sweater vests. Layers, Layers, layers!!!
Hi Beth🙋🏻♀️🇦🇺🦘I’m in Melbourne Australia, I’m a longtime follower but first time commenter 🙈 I do totally looove your style message… it’s everything we all need to embrace to help our poor choking planet 🌏😍sustainable and sooo individual, expressive & creative!🤩Just curious to know the story of the highly distressed T Shirt? Looks sooo fabulous with your corset plus red skirt! ❤❤❤❤
Your closet and your shops look like HEAVEN to me! The only thing I don’t envy is the idea of doing all the washing ironing and caring for the clothes! Watching these videos is fun however! Aussie Lady
Greetings from Ireland... Fall stables 😂 weather in Ireland... Need great rain coat and boots.. So this season trying to find some vintage raincoats with colour and pattern... Also colourful hats and scarfs and gloves...
Love the style and format of this vid, Beth! So much more fun and informal. Love that you went back to doing some from home and some from out shopping too ❤
I just picked up some socks to wear with my new fisherman sandals this fall, though I like the idea of getting more knee length ones! I am also going to scope out some clip on earrings. Thanks!
My fall staples: boots various styles, cardigan sweaters & vests, colored tights, fun ankle shear socks, tube socks with a block high heels but don't forget the leg warmers for this season with ballet flats, mock turtle neck or turtle neck body suit paired with blazers and of course bucket hats and the fedora in moody colors, and finally neck scarfs...whew!😅
Thanks for giving this Southern girl some Cali vibe! As I watched your list I was shopping my closet in my head to compare. I've had this French blue chore coat for a while that I'm now inspired to wear as my version of the camo jacket silhouette.
This was great as usual, Beth! I’m adding camo pants (that I would like to splatter with paint), plain green military/cargo pants, and a party layer to my list! My list already has: midi pleated skirts, fun socks, and varsity-inspired (e.g. Archie comics) sweaters.
Beautyfull shades Amasing finds. Fall staples: a good trech coat(I own 4 lol) wool trousers scarves boots and enkleboots fashionable panties fun socks a leather blaser and coat I love my cardigans Big hats and accesoiries Laring pieces I live in Belgium: The wet and cilly country Grate top 10 staples Beth X
My top 10: Dr Martens, chunky loafers, wide leg jeans, drop shoulder overcoat, corduroy shacket, fun striped long sleeved layer, bright or interestingly patterned scarf, pendant heart necklace, earring stack, 2 or 3 rings. ❤
Midi skirts are a definite staple. So are color tights and mock and turtle neck sweaters in wool, wool blends and cottons. If you can afford them, cashmere sweaters are nice, but too fussy for me. I love the army jacket you chose - all those lovely pockets. This takes me back to the army/navy surplus store I worked in during my college days. We sold army/navy issued jackets, sweaters, boots and pea coats. So much fun to style up in the fall. I'm looking forward to seeing how you style up your treasure finds.
Watching you made me realize that I’m halfway there…. I have several green pants, Camo jackets and I knew that red was going to be big this fall. The DAKOTA sunnies are so fun and I’m all set with my vintage Anne Klein clip ons. The hat might be one of my favorites EVER. Love you and your videos 🧡🍊 I love your green pants! Can you tell us a little more about those? Is there a label? Are they actually military pants? Did you find them in the men’s department etc. …. 🙏🏼🙏🏼
I am unpierced-of-ear and my clip/screw-ons are my forever faves (esp since a lot of them were inherited from my gram)! In fact I just bought a vintage pair of daisies today for $3!!
The hat was very June Ambrose! (She’s amazing by the way). Also a fall staple for me is a wool/knitted gilet which you can wear instead of a waistcoat, over a blouse, button down or short or long sleeved top or even by itself. The Fairisle knit ones are amazing. I can imagine them looking prim and proper with a midi skirt and blazer or slouchy with men’s trousers or army pants
I can find camo but never find the army green pants. That midi skirt got great fall color vibe. I like church lady's hats. Thanks, with the tip of reshaping a brim of a hat. I have a few that need some attention. First trip to Target with you, I do believe. Great video! Thanks for sharing and ta ta for now!
Love love!!!! I like a thin vee knit pullover, long sleeve tissue tees if I can find for layering.. I have a little collection of wool , plaid , cashmere midi skirts circle and pencil style .. I'm looking for a pleated wool skirt and a plaid circle skirt, love fitted cardigans, crocheted socks, tights, I'm not as exciting as you.. I'm really into button downs as of late.. and I'm on the thrift hunt for brogues.. loafers.. a nice pair of gloves.. I love fall vibes but in AZ. Tucson, specifically.. there's really no need for fall stuff but you know... it's my fave season so far those few nippy days.. I'll be ready!🏜️🍂
Love the circle skirt you found, it is gorgeous for fall I have been looking for animal print accessories like shoes, belts, I finally found a thin animal print belt, and I am ordering a pair of animal print loafers, I also need socks in charcoal and tan.. Always on the hunt for vintage scarves, I found a few beauties at my local thrift store last week in fall colors, I’m excited about wearing, and I’m waiting for tortoiseshell hoops to arrive, I caved and ordered online
For me, Turtlenecks Blazers Jackets/coats Scarves High heel ankle boots Knit sweaters Thick wool sweaters Button down shirt Crossbody bag A toss up between jeans and chinos For most of them, I gravitate toeards fun, funky prints, colour, and style.
Pants get folds in them when you fold them over a hanger. Better to hang pants from the bottom on the 2 clip hangers to avoid creasing. LOVE your chanel.
I'm soon to be 58 but love fashion and almost a chic hobo look..ripped jeans with golden goose running shoes...torn tee with LV boots and jeans. I always walk away with some inspo from you in one form or another
Those clip on earrings give you a headache. I don't think it will be a trend for very long. Try some of the pierced versions, much better as long as they are not too heavy.
Everyone is entitled to their own opinions with fashion, if it’s not your choice then that’s understandable. Being kind to everyone’s stylistic expression can inspire more than anything 💜
But of course, your "essentials" don't look like anyone else's essentials! Which is why we watch you and love you!
And we don't have to have a extra closet built for our essentials but I get it! I have racks that I rotate
You can also use clip on earrings as brooches or clip them on the vamps of your shoes to dress them up!
And don't you love it when she says, "I don't have much of anything red" and she's wearing a red skirt and she pulls out two pair of bright red shoes!!😄
What happened to your hair?
Beth, I love how you think way out of the box and don’t follow stupid fashion “rules.”Such a breath of fresh air! 😊
You need to know the rules to break them!
Loved this! For me it’s blazers, boots and vintage scarves. I also love fun long gloves especially if I’m wearing elbow sleeve jackets.
My favorite time to thrift is in October when the thrift stores bring out their vintage and costumes. People are shopping for costumes and I am shopping for everyday wear. And I LOVE my army pants ! I am always on the lookout for a really great pair of boots.

I love that your not always matching...and you mix print with print .
I absolutely love your style. My life doesn’t lend itself to “dress up” like it used to but still like to have fun with my wardrobe. Watching your exciting fashion content inspires me.

Thanks, Beth, for a list that isn't like the others that we've all seen (and lived!) 100 times before. You are always fresh and fun!
I bought a similar camo jacket a while ago, and a pleated tweed skirt last week; I suddenly feel inspired to try to pair these up! 😃
Fall is cold here and we have snow usually before the end of October...
So fall for me is boots, chunky knits, blanket scarves, cords, blazers, button downs & sweater vests. Layers, Layers, layers!!!
I love the circle skirt you found. You nailed it. Perfect for fall. You have such an eye....wow

Love the tie as a scarf. I'm in the southern hemisphere, and looking forward to playing around with that idea this spring! ❤

Thanks for giving this Southern girl some Cali vibe! As I watched your list I was shopping my closet in my head to compare. I've had this French blue chore coat for a while that I'm now inspired to wear as my version of the camo jacket silhouette.
Those black and white slingback spectator pumps! ❤
Also, one of my fall essentials is colored/patterned tights.

Plz style that hat for us 😊
I saw Beth wearing army pants and flip flops, so I got army pants and flip flops.

How do y’all make clip-on earrings comfortable?? All the ones I have clamp my ear lobe and hurt! 😢
Embellished shoes and sweater vests
I'm soon to be 58 but love fashion and almost a chic hobo look..ripped jeans with golden goose running shoes...torn tee with LV boots and jeans. I always walk away with some inspo from you in one form or another
The first camo jacket with a flag…. It was our Dutch flag.. ( How did it get there 🤔..?
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍👏👍
The fall is totally 70s!
Those clip on earrings give you a headache. I don't think it will be a trend for very long. Try some of the pierced versions, much better as long as they are not too heavy.
You must have racks of clothing in the garage.
You really really really have to stop saying: moment
I feel your head shape is so long for a hat, they are not flattering.
Enough with the fake ugly chanel necklace, it’s getting old

Hi Beth, love hats also but sorry don’t like that hat on you.
