Narrow/wide grip muscle ups

  • If you are new to muscle ups I will always recommend you to start with a narrow (shoulder wide) grip. This helps you to engage your lats and make the transition easier. Why? Less fast rotation needed and most likely a shorter bar distance. Not true in all cases, so if you are happy and strong with another grip that’s perfectly fine. This is just a starting recommendation.
