fattony123082 man, ain't that the truth. I was riding my cousins formula z 583 and that thing felt like a rocket compared to my Vmax 600. And the next day he blew it up and I had to tow him home lol.
I just seen this video and I know the comments are old but ...fuck man!!! riding the clutch hold the throttle wide open for too long.. when your on the road you should be 5th gear and feathering the throttle most videos I see on bikes quads trikes blowing up is on the road and having it pinned for to long something WILL!! Give so I'll say driver damage on this one.. I run 2 smoker's and run them hard.. but road riding you need to get off the gas
@@joshuaw4258 holding in the clutch doesn’t matter at all.... it’s only opening the cage and disengaging the clutch slowing the motor to drop back to regular idle.
Midrange and Up, she's WAY TOO LEAN. You can tell by the tone----it sounds like TIN being pelted by BBs. I have a musicians ear for the Honda 250Rs, either the 3 or 4 wheel variety, and have tuned several via PHONE. 👍🏼😎
I was thinking it had to be lean or on its way out but it sounded to good to have low compression. Wide open throttle and not enough oil will do er. I could be wrong but it sounded like it had some sort of aftermarket pipe or something I'm assuming he didn't jet it or had a dirty carb.
Had 84 250R, could go over ploughed fields at speed if you held on and sat back. Loads of fun but tightened it up twice. Upped the mixture, smoked like hell but no issues after that.
I never pulled the clutch in and just coasted all the time but I can't see why it would hurt anything.... machines fail sometimes pain and simple. I really can't believe they stopped making 3 wheelers....all they had to do was extend the axle. I had a Dura Blue on mine with flat track tires and it was as stable as any 4 wheeler imo.
I had a Honda 200X ATC back in '86 and by adding a extended axle(+3" on each side) and the proper rear tires (not the huge balloon tires it came with) it was extremely stable. I don't know why they released 3 wheelers with such a narrow rear axle in the first place.
@H.P. Miller how many years did they make 3 Wheeler's? 16 years. 4 Wheeler's came out in 1982. So over 2 times as many years building 4 Wheeler's and counting! The problem was lawsuits the early 4 Wheeler's we're hard tails which ment no suspension. Any kind of hole or hill would clear the wheels= kids in the hospital. There was enough information given when the 3 Wheeler's we're bought and kids weren't afraid until they had broken bones
Actually, a lot of the reason they got discontinued is because of poor marketing. Honda’s marketing salesman stated that even 250’rs can be used by children. And combined with poor riding technique, children died on those wheelers. I’m 14 and have an 85’ 200x. I’ve learned how to lean into turns and to be smart about the things I do on that ATC. May the trike live on!
I was gonna say.. every corner he has clutch in... WHY??I only use clutch to start from a dead stop! NEVER gone thru a clutch yet... but also been riding for 28 years
Explain why it's "Not good at such high speed" please. I agree it is annoying to watch but why would it hurt anything? (I am not being a "smart guy" I am seriously curious why you think it would hurt anything.
high speed with clutch engaged equals high piston speed. 2 stroke only getting oil when throttle is open. so high piston speed and part/no throttle its super lean.at high speeds need to giver or pull clutch in when off the throttle.
It's called a 2 stroke you can't hold out long revs with your 4 stroke buddies you have to constantly shift and never ever Rev out that long in any gear on a 2 I'm surprised it lasted that long
They always run so damn good right before they blow up.
fattony123082 so true think mine is on its way out been working unreal

i can just hear all of the dads on the side yelling "SHIFT. FUCKING SHIFFFFTTTTT"
Every single time someone post sum like this lil kids always saying it's the drivers fault for not shifting right whenever it's not..
Dwright Productions look how long he holds clutch for

JP DIGGERS exactly, makes me cringe when I see someone full throttle on a two stroke on the pavement. It’s fine with 4 strokes, not 2 strokes.

@@BH-nf5lv So now 2 strokes can only be run wide open off road?? 😂😂 WTF

The good thing about a 2 stroke they are easy to rebuild
and cheaper to rebuild as well
Dang did your rippin I like it your atc is quick

Johnny Roastbeef they're banned from being made. too many people got hurt, because they didnt lean right.

It's not his shifting at all, two stroke engine doesn't like part throttle high rpm, they go lean on the af ratio and seize the piston. Cool atc man!
Not really if jetted right you should be fine.
How do you blow up a 2-stroke w/premix ratio of 20:1 ? Even @ 32:1 ?
32:1
That was the best riding I’ve ever seen!!
C'est ou ses trails là? C'est des méchante belle trails!
C'est au Témiscamingue !
True rider
South Florida hahahahaha full blast
Not sure way u holding the clutch soo long. Not good at such high speed.
it doesnt matter unless you start going slow and let the clutch out thats hard on any machine
I was gonna say.. every corner he has clutch in... WHY??I only use clutch to start from a dead stop! NEVER gone thru a clutch yet... but also been riding for 28 years
+WPGinterceptor ive gone through transmissions dry shifting hehe
He's probably doing it because he doesn't want to engine brake, because that would mean the engine is spinning with very little gas/oil going into it

damn I know the feeling
best feeling ever

j'ai bin aimé le tabarnak a 3:38 ahah
i had a big red 4 stroke
Always check plug color and don't use shit mix use Honda hp2 mix and use a little extra oil better safe than sorry.

Esti t po chanceux criss hahaah mes bonne video pareil
Man haha id call that drug, and then he busted it
Deth trap
2 smokers cant hang with 4 strokes pinning tha gas like that lmao it burns tha oil in tha gas to fast for it to lube tha piston properly.
If its jetted properly it can lol..
