very well explained and informative. I seen that tank in your store and some of the other ones that just arrived. To admit the difficulties you had and explaining that small tanks are more work than bigger tanks shows your not just trying to sell the tank and doesn’t make this video a sales add. Keeping the lighting shows the craftsmanship of the tank and the simplicity of its operations. Choices of corals could of been explained if they where beginners coral or for more advance reefers. The competition of best tank was a nice add on but you could of taken a minute to explain the event then proceed to the competition that apparently you already knew you was a winner. Congratulations on your win I hope any of the prizes could be donated to your viewers to show appreciation for being loyal watchers and customers. Happy reefing till next video.
The prize was to be featured as the tank of the month on Reef2Reef (and bragging rights) As soon as that feature article goes up on Reef2Reef, we will post a link in the video description
@@Broncomatt Just a suggestion I tried it and been working well. Definitely make sure it’s the original because now they make some for the kitchen & shower which have soap.
I am wanting to do a small tank and this inspired me. Do you mind making a list of the equipment and live stock that you used? so I can understand what I need to replicate this type of tank. New to corals so I’m not sure what works in a 5 gallon tank. Do not want overgrowth during this tanks lifetime.
Perfect timing on this. Setting one up myself. I honestly hate the deskmate though. No one who wants a natural looking tank can use it due to the stupid orange fluorescing through the glass. Sorry to anyone who has one but it looks so tacky glowing orange all the time. It's the equivalent to the over the top RGB PC stuff.
Best reef store ever. I always came here when I lived in FL. That SPS pond in the main store is just 😮💨
Love my Deskmate. I let the algae grow like crazy in the back. Keeps no3 and po4 at controllable levels!!! Kinda acts like a refugium for the pods!
Nice looking tank.
It great to hear that even the pro have issues with their tanks not just the rookies. Great video, congrats on the Win🎉.
Thank you for watching! Challenges are what makes the hobby fun!

What was the size of the VCA that fit the return?
Love seeing these little tanks. Really nice 🔥🔥🔥.
They’re fun to setup and care for!! Thanks for watching!
This tank has inspired me to get back in the hobby! Just ordered all my gear for the build 😂
This is a good video. Well done.
Thank you, we appreciate it!!
Such a beautiful and elegant tank.
Thank you so much!
I’ve been doing fresh water tanks for years but now starting to want saltwater tank so this will be a perfect setup to learn on!😊
You can do it!
The color contrast of corals in this tank is so beautiful! I have to try that magic eraser idea 🤔
We use magic erasers on most of our tanks!!
I will also have to try this, no harm on using it on the inside? Does it need to be the original magic eraser?
@@Broncomatt Just a suggestion I tried it and been working well. Definitely make sure it’s the original because now they make some for the kitchen & shower which have soap.
Good tip, thank you!
@@Broncomatt no harm at all! We’ve been using them for years and they do great!
Could you link to product you used to attach the RFG nozzle to the return? Thanks!

What size is that return nozzle?
Love that there is a sushi place next door!
Love it. I was thinking about this tank but literally just won a pnw pico tank. Looking for any inspiration on these pico sizes.
Congratulations on your new tank! Check out some of the other Pico Tank videos we have on our channel for more inspiration
Can you share/post the lighting scheduled for the AI Prime?
What are the tank dimensions?
Is the return pump used here is the stock? Or you do upgrade?
Hey, I have this exact same tank and light. And was wondering what your lighting schedule is. Great tank btw
How did you get rid of the bubble algae?

It’s very similar to the ai schedule we have on our other tanks! You can download them hear: worldwidecorals.com/pages/led-lighting-presets

Beautiful aquarium dream aquarium.
Thank you!! Dreams do come true ;)
I bet you're a good dude too work for.
I have this tank, love it
Nicee! What type of corals do you have in it?
@@WorldWideCorals just getting started, mushrooms and candycane with a friendly damsel who doesn't like biting anything that get inside the tank
we need a 1500 gallon casper tank update..
Unfortunately this pico tank come with no tank lid glass lid which makes things difficult because it promotes daily evaporation and fish death

Thank you for watching and good luck on the tank!
Awesome. Don't buy one then
@@craiggeauxtreaux5862 I didn't. Went with a 4 gallon rimless cube. Suits my tastes better but if eshopps made a plain version I would have got one.
Wish it came in plain and not orange.
True, hopefully they will in the future.
no skimmer
No need for a tank that size
The best advice is have money...lol

Oky question. How did you get the bottom corners to glow orange like that ??
