Yes.... but clearly she can sing, she makes a career from it along with doing other things... so many other singers out there that some may say they can sing and others think not, doesn't mean something wrong with people ears... Ciara has her own sound, and though so different she still has a lot of fans and living her dream... And by being negative about her isn't stopping her or other artist from doing what they do, and clearly making more money than some of you who are so negative.... I really do think she's talented, but this performance isn't great. I was underwhelmed. Out of tune in some places. Very flat. Her vibrato isn't balanced. Sorry, but this isn't her best.
