JP Caelus actually imitated Hook, from what he actually said in his first half of the dialogue, and he used higher pitch voice
Ishikawa Yui is just built different. She could totally voiced another character with that imitation voice because of how good it is. Love her roles so much!

Jp Stelle is the best out of all of them. I like the english just fine but it's funny that jp Stelle actually mimics Hooks voice.
It's actually funny because my ranking would be:JP Stelle>CN/KR Stelle>EN Stelle

Ngl, the first time I had this scene (I only ever play with jp dub and Stelle mc) I legit just assumed it was hook herself talking until Stelle was like “is what hook seems to be saying” XD
Honestly...EN Stelle could be better, imo the voice is pretty, but doesn't fits for her, and she sounds kinda expressionless...it makes me wonder if the VA just started doing dubs
So basically only the male EN voice and female JP voices did an actual imitation.

@@Latency345 Wait, does Japanese Fersman sound high-pitched? Because that higher-pitched first sentence is the imitation, while the deeper pitch immediately afterwards is Caelus' real voice.
It would have been interesting to hear how Ayumu Murase or Natsuki Hanae would have handled the role. They're both capable of some pretty normal voices, while also having a convincing girl pitch (Murase so much he's even played female background characters, while when I first heard Hanae, I thought it was Yuki Kaida).

Japanese VAs in general are always flexing when they're compared to non-Japanese VAs, even when they don't mean to do that. Just shows that people outside Japan should have admitted defeat and quit being voice actors long ago.

I literally just did Hook's quest/s earlier today (damn, it has so many parts just to get her to visit me... ridiculous) I'm using JP dub and Stelle so all along I thought that was Hook's VA, it's only thanks to this that I discovered every VAs for the MCs did all that by themselves... Stelle's JP va is insane lmao.
