In an us weekly article it stated that Sarah Jessica Parker earned 3 million per episode while her costars earned 350,000 and if she was an executive producer for all that time clearly she didn’t do anything to help her costars so I think they were more people that hated her
She should have pushed for all the girls like the Friends cast did for equal pay. I would have treated her like a coworker because that definitely isn’t a friend to me.
Wikipedia says Kim Cattral was born in Liverpool and has citizenship in the Canada, UK and US. Also, I think Kim was tired of playing the sex pot character. There's an interview she gave years ago where she mentioned Samantha hadn't had much growth as a character.

Sara is very well liked in the industry.
You have to keep in mind that Sara was a producer and worked longer and harder than anyone. She was also the star of the show. She deserved more pay.
