- In this video, I will demonstrate how to setup a Zmodo SBN series DVR for computer access. This includes the Zmodo SBN4, SBN8, SBN6, SAN8, 9114, 9118 model DVR's. It is connected to a linksys router that I will also port forward for remote access.

how can you get this to work in chrome? i do not want to have to open ie every time i want to see the cameras. i used ie to get the axtive x to work and it came up and asked for permission. then it showed the user panel for the dvr. but getting this to work in chrome will be much better.
also if i'm stuck using ie can i change the 81 http port to another number and just that number in ie to still get this panel?
i rather have a different port for better security.
i used that tool to see the ports and on the modem ip address the command port is open and the mobile port but when i use the dvr ip address all the ports the dvr shows are closed. so what one can i use to get in the dvr to see it from outside the home network. if i can see the dvr then maybe my nvr will allow me to see the dvr cameras. the old dvr allowed that.

do you know how to make these so they can be seen on an nvr? ihad a dvr that just failed and i could see the dvr cameras on my nvr. so i had to set the sbn8 back up and now i can't get those cameras to show on the nvr? thanks
i only have one problem is the port i have everything right but it say port close ?????????????? please help
it doesnt let me load the internet page once i put the ip why is that?

Hi, i open every port, works great on the LAN but On the WAN i cant acces. i see the login interface and put the user admin an te password and say fail to conect. i create other user with authority and nop still nothing. have ddns taller.zmododns.com
