Food is very cheap, somewhere it will show in form of unkempt surrounding, no cleanliness or food may look unappealing to many. But remember the customers are paying from their own pockets, they are working in low paying jobs.one may work in government office, someone is a security guard or peon, maybe a technician. They didn't ask to be on a food video. Some are conscious as they eat because someone's taping it all. Please don't look down upon others.

I have never seen such eating stalls in Mumbai footpath. I am not sure these food outlets are hygienic or not. Does kolkata municipality checks cleanliness. Money is sweeter than honey and brighter than sunshine. But it is very dirty in terms of disease causing since handled by many. The lady is taking the money by hand and serving food without cleaning the hand.
Yes exactly . I have seen these type of stalls in kolkata. Very unhygienic . They are making the city very untidy . Almost all the footpaths have food stalls and people are unable to walk . Foul smell coming out . People are happy because they get cheap food.

Please someone or sort of government institute tell these food vendors the importance of using,spoons ,gloves,hair nets and have some one else do the cashing. This took the potatoes or whatever she squeeze in her hand and then put on the plate for the customer whiles doing that she handling one of the biggest germ carrier money .Frightening!!!
