In Kolkata nobody goes hungry. I remember eating full thali if chicken fish rice sabzi in jyst 20 rs in hawrah..i was nagging my father to take me to a giod restaurant. But he insisted me to eat once in roadside dhaba..food was amazing ..just 20 rs..it was a amazing treat ..
