cw: health, seizures, mentions of anxiety, mentions of harassment i have non-epileptic seizures from previous brain damage that are usually caused by heightened stress/anxiety, and i've been going through a lot of harassment and stuff recently, so i've been having at least one seizure a day. it's been really hard for me, and i've felt shitty and exhausted constantly until it hits actually time to sleep and then my insomnia hits (usually bringing along anxiety, and then a seizure). the night before last, i had a seizure and then either fell asleep or passed out and didnt wake up, i had to be taken out of my bed to get up. it felt like i hadn't slept at all, i actually felt far more tired than i did beforehand. last night, i watched this video and was able to fall asleep without the anxiety, without the seizures. though i'm still quite tired, i genuinely slept. it was heavenly. i always wonder how i got through this without asmr a few years ago, because you truly save my life. i'm worried that one of these days a seizure may take me with it, but i have hope that i'll get medical care soon. gibi, your videos are what's holding me together (along with my therapy and gf, but frankly your videos more-so keep my physical health semi-decent). i appreciate you so much. thank you
