この動画のインプレッサと全く同じ(色も同じ)スペックCに乗ってましたが、ホントに楽しいクルマでした。
楽しいのに実用性高くて快適で燃費も悪くなくて完璧でした、また機会あれば乗りたいですね

I think it's because it's hard to maintain old cars in Japan.
ISF would have been exceptional on 265 or 275 tires on a x9.5 or x10 wheel all around

IMPREZA AND EVO RULES
The isf did very good considering it’s set up for the street.
The newer sports cars lack that “raw” race car feel, unlike the 90’s sport cars.
Newer cars are all about electronic trickery, basically the car drives you and does everything for you. The older cars requires a real driver who connects to the feel and real time feedback from the car to make the proper adjustments on the fly.

evo was lucky to have AD08's while the STI was on some shitty Potenza's.. also dori should use that SI Drive Button the right way
I wouldn't say on another level. The NSX still is the faster lap among all the car. With gan san it would be a different story.

Yeah, this makes no sense. There is no way a tuned ISF with LSD is that slow. Go to fastest laps and look how well it does against other cars.

@@AngryTurds very few electrics in the ISF. You can turn TC and VSC off entirely and that's about it....no more electrics than any other car in this test.
What happen to the isf ?
If that isf had 22k front and 16k rear spring rates, a rear wing, an lsd, 275 squared tires, it would be a different animal.

Damn... the tuned ISF is as fast as the old e46 m3.
Something not right here. The ISF is as fast as the e92 M3 around plenty of tracks including Silverstone and Virginia.
@@MD-uu5nt The GR Yaris laps this circuit in a similar time to a Nissan R35 GTR despite having half the power.
Tsukuba is a weird little track that rarely sees you leave 4th gear, so small nimble cars will do much better than big powerful cars.
ISF has stupidly wide gearing (probably so they could out perform the high speed game manufacturers were playing in the 2000s.)
Things would be different I'd say if it had an IS350 diff installed.

ISF did absolutely terrible. Whatever TOM’s did to it made it slower than stock.
Yeah, makes no sense. An LSD equipped ISF should be 2 seconds faster than stock at least. They obviously fucked up the suspension tuning badly...
@@MD-uu5nt Some tracks with the updated ISF from 2010 with the lsd, did 9-12 seconds faster than one without from 08-09. Same dinky 225 255 stock tire set up too.
The only real car there is the toyota isf lexus..

@@SpeedResearchLabs they're all tuned. Not stock. Tom's tunes for Toyota/Lexus, Nismo tunes for Nissan, The NSX is the Type R, Spec C is a high tuned WRX and the EVO is tuned by Mitsubishi Ralliart tuning.

@@rabbon-ithegenesis7169 I don't know if I fully agree. Tom's, Nismo and Rallyart are tuner companies, but Type R and Spec C are versions made by Honda and Subaru.
