Ngayon po kasi hanggang september lang eh october napo at ngayon ko lang nalaman. May website po ba na ivivisit para ma check yung updated or same web padin sa pag ibig?

Give tips also on how to get rid of the occupants. Yung mga foreclosed kasi ng pagibig and sss and banks too pababayaan ka ng ihandle yung pagpapaalis sa kanila. Pag nag site visit ka sasabihin nung mga occupants may pending case daw sila kaya hindi sila pwedeng umalis. Hays, sayang lang oras mo makipagtalo.

Chinkee ng tips pano mapaalis ang occupants ang ending po kasi kahit makapag site visit ka kung ayaw naman umalis nung mga nakatira eh sayang lang yung oras mo. Ang ending pati sss and pagibig lugi kasi hindi nila mabebenta yung property ang panalo yung mga squatter na hindi man lang nagbabayad ng tinitirhan nila.

May nagsabi po kasi saken na tumatanggap si pagibig, just make sure na the private property has legit title and kay Pagibig ipapangalan yung titile until mabayaran ko po ng buo. Is this true po? Sir ask ko lang po what if may gamit po sa loob ng bahay na nabili ko sa foreclosed pag-ibig. Anu legal way sa mga gamit na naiwan. Then wala rin po yun susi ng bahay.
Abandon napo yan malamang, saka new owner napo kau kaya wala kana pananagutan jan. Gawan nyo nlng ng bagong susi. Sila na ang lalabas na squatter sa bahay nyo.
