- This year we decided to go to the Southern Christmas Show in Charlotte, NC which is the largest Christmas Show in North America! Emily had gone many years ago and this was my first visit! It is a popular destination with tens of thousands of people visiting the Southern Christmas Show every year! Is it worth going? Will we ever go back? Lets take a look at the Southern Christmas Show!

Bless your hearts for braving the crowd. I think the last time I went was in 2018, on a weekday (wanting to say Tuesday or Wed) and I was miserable. First thing it cost $12.00 to get in and parking was only $5.00 then. I think now it's $10 to park and $24.00 to get in the front door so that's a huge NO for me. Then like you said you are so squeezed into the aisles that you miss so many amazing vendors because you can't get to them (would be mad about that if I was a vendor knowing that booth prices start at $1500 min and they have to pay to park everyday too). Either way, I say go at least once for the experience and anything after that is just well.... ridiculous, but that's just coming from someone who was born and raised in the area my entire life. It's surely not what it used to be 10-20 years ago.
What is irritating too is they are charging $10 for parking but they haven't hired anyone to help direct the traffic in the parking lots!
@@TravelingWithEmMeI think the city of Charlotte is over the parking lot. There use to be cops directing traffic. Surprised they didn't have any parking attendants to do that. Either way thanks for the honest video.

We did find some fun items! It was so crowded that it was hard to enjoy looking at all the fun items!
I think my favorite part is the electric train. Very cool. Others are okay. Very nice to see guys. LIKE 21. 👍👍👍

I absolutely love Christmas events like this! Looks like a lot of great stuff. I love your tshirt Em! Thanks for an honest review though and showing us what it’s really like. I can see how the crowds and parking would ruin the experience. Worse than Disney and the Macy’s parade, wow! Awesome video though! Thanks for sharing with us! 😊
The shirt was a Temu find! When you go to Disney the fun of the rides and seeing the characters trumps how bad the crowds can be sometimes! There was nothing at the Southern Christmas Show that trumped the crowds LOL!!
This does look like it has a cool variety of decor and gifts available. But... worse than Disney? No thank you. We will definitely pass on that. We put up with overcrowding at theme parks because there are fun experiences to be had there. But I would just rather shop from home than go through all that. Thanks for showing us what it was like though - and for an honest review!
Shopping at home would be a much better option LOL!!

Sucks it was so crowded. Otherwise it seemed like a really cool show to attend, but can understand not wanting to go back.
It was one of those things that was worth seeing one time but that was enough LOL!
