I don't think people realise just how good this trainer is. Honestly this seems simple but it isn't. The technique being taught is absolutely fantastic. You can't fake this for the camera. What your seeing here is a world class trainer to be honest. I have been in a lot of gyms and never seen anything close to this standard. Well done.
Trained with UP back in 2021. You’ll get asked about your lifestyle and the trainer will build your programme according to what you want to achieve. It’s pretty in-depth but each session your trainer will be with you, you won’t get left on your own. You’re being educated as well and they’ll answer all your questions and explain what and why you’re doing a particular exercise. A food plan will be created too and if you’re in particular need of supplementation they’ll recommend what’s required. The only sports supplement I was given was whey protein, all the others were health-related. In six weeks I lowered my blood pressure and put my type 2 diabetes into remission. 3 training sessions a week with healthy eating nailed it. Best personal training I’ve ever had.
I did 3 month online course last year,amazing.I am so much fitter,lost 40 lbs and 3 dress sizes and am still doing the exercises and very healthy diet.Not bad for a 69 year old.Can highly recommend.

it's an hour session each workout, all exercises are with the trainer 1:1 in exactly this manner, but gets more explosive and focused depending on progress and goals., The start with 3 sessions a week with diet plan (pay more/get more, if you want etc.), best training in the world, been twice (6 months each time), not the cheapest, but highly recommended (at least from myself).

Is trainer with the trainy, throughout the session?
Yes, totally. Your PT is with you for that session and no-one else.
