The incentives builders are offering today are unreal! From luxury cars to financing plans, they're really pulling out all the stops. Makes you wonder how long this 'buyer's market' will last.
Yeah it’s stuff I have never seen before, however sometimes the risk in this market isn’t even worth the 50-70k car if the homes worth less on closing. Definitely project dependant but hey if it makes sense I’ll take a new car and free upgrades all day.
