You should put some type of heavy duty power strip on it so you can plug the welder in and then move the cart to wherever and power it with an extension cord. I bet there is room in the third drawer for an extension cord.

Think I would put a led counterweight on the opposite side, especially if you put another bottle on that shelf. The first stone or bump you hit, and that cart will upend.

If I may add to your project here. Id put two of those eye bolts on the top. One on each side of the welder. Then run a ratchet strap over your welder and tie it down. I hope this makes sense.

And I thought I was the only one with cobwebs. But wait, there's more. This morning I needed to plane a piece of wood with my portable electric planer. Haven't used it in years. I opened the box to find a massive number of big black ants, complete with thousands of eggs. There was rust and corrosion everywhere due to the ant pee. Steel bolts corroded, immovable in the aluminum fence. What joy!

I would highly suggest that you make a 3in loop and fasten it to the bottom of the tank holder. If you hit a rock or something rolling that cart around it can slide the bottom of that tank off the ledge and then, we’ll it ain’t pretty. Looks good though.
