Hello, the cost of 1.35 Cr includes A-z of 8000sft site development, with swale and a retention pond, 2400 sft of the house, woodwork and all plugin systems including solar, waste water recycling, rainwater harvesting and waste management system, integrated with the productive garden. When we build in earth, although the material is available and cheaper than the industrial materials, it takes skilled and time consuming manual labour to achieve a good product.
