For Google Home, the Assistant widget is another option. You can add two commonly used comments for Google Assistant. That might be setting a common timer, or it might be turning on or off a light, etc
Ok, the watch is great with Google assistant like the phones, but is there a way to stop your phone from activating assistant when you're using it on watch?
I don't understand because I have the LTE version of the watch. Shouldn't I just be able to stream music from TH-cam directly to my headphones without my phone?

I think you misunderstood. You can control any music you play on your phone without the extra connection, but you cannot play music on the watch itself. You have to connect earbuds to the watch to be able to play music from the watch.
