@@deeznuts-kw6yv i think Yado just took the opportunity to use joy for that purpose, and in pointless it's implied that the whole joy thing affected more than just olathe, since you can find marauders running around looking for the pink pill and complaining that they came from so far only to find everything ruined in olathe, and in the original Lisa games the pink pill is the cure for joy.

@@LuisMendez-ru7nj Yeah, Velvet fu is supposed to suck ass compared to other real martial arts, yet Alex is super agile and can straight up murder all these crazed, fight addicted fanatics with his bare hands despite his advancing age. Do not underestimate him.

In love of the "Beat a certain spot to be able to hit the boss for real" while done in RPG's, kinda predictrable in Plataformers but when done in RPG's is refreshingly puzzling
Something that I haven't seen anyone else mention; if Borislav (or Jeremy, or any other enemy that can use a +Dangerous attack which you can't dodge) gets +Dangerous, hit him with Goat Headbutt once he's got the status effect; enemies with +Dangerous are extremely weak to +Stun, to the point where a Goat Headbutt is pretty much guaranteed to stun them and negate the dangerous attack. Just sayin', this helped me a lot.
In the newest version the fight is much more harder. You can only damage the head with Flying kicks that by it self gives Boris many chances to oneshot Joel the thing is am completely exhausted of revives. Looks like I got to skip this one fight.
I don't think there's that much endings if I recall (I only know of two), but I'll consider it. If anyone else reading this thinks there's more endings, go ahead and reply.
@@vietthanh8847 as far as I'm aware he only appears in his ending. I believe you do some convoluted series of events That I can't remember ànd have hopeful installed. Lanks would then travel to downtown Olathe and you get his ending. It's more of an easter egg than an actual ending
what level is major iris learned? cause on my playthrough (sadly somehow locked myself into the infinity ending.) i nearly killed all the battles and bosses and never had it.

@Yang Wrang 1. No, sadly. Geen's body is placed where Alex and Joel can't get to bc it's too tall to reach. They don't react when they had just woken up, either. 2. Yes, if you recruit Salt Crab you can fight Arnold with him. If you meant something along the lines of "Is it easier to use Salt Crab instead of Geen" then that's debatable, I personally prefer using Geen for his War Paint skill and extra offense, but Salt Crab can provide decent support.
There is an equipment you can get from him that I missed in this video (will be covering that in the future) but overall, not really. You get extra exp, but if you want to prepare against him in the first place, you'd have beaten Silvester de Maistre at this point.
You mentioned you needed to defeat super Arnold to get the other valve, however doesn’t the Arnold fight change depending on what fold you’re at? Which folds give you Super Arnold?
The safest way is to reach the second fold (24 kills) and immediately go for Arnold. If you want the riskier option, start counting your kills after that and make sure you don't get 48 kills or over.
I don't think this is worth making a video on so I'll reply here. Yes, it does work. Though there really isn't much benefit on doing this aside from giving you more time for Alex to live.
it's hard to compare pointless enemies to painful enemies, stuff like arnold and now borislav feel like the satan of this game despite having significantly lower stats
I feel like Wilbur Sin is too easy, the superboss shouldve been really pain in the ass hard in my opinion but it was kinda fine. Great boss design and music though
Tbh we probably all did him with 40+ kills because we explored everything, so he was just overpowered. Overhall this mod is pretty tough until you get past level 12, then it's a cake walk for sure
It's the feeling I get too. Feels like one of those overpowered mods which overtunes everything to get people to download it. You watch gameplay of the original and people barely get by on the skin of their teeth and that's if they're being smart.

His body was destroyed and rusted, resulting in him becoming broken and less effective, that's probably why he lost.

What do you need to do to activate super Arnold without going 3rd fold? I didn't manage to activate him on my second run-through.
you have to be second fold, pretty sure you have to go through the fold cutscene? just don't go past that (dont get 3rd fold)

no, interacting with the valve slots has Alex respond with "Dead end." instead of describing which valves goes there.

How many times it take you to beat him? It took me like 10
Around 4, after learning that attacking his head can stun him and that I have to prevent oil on the 2nd phase it didn't become all that hard for me.
Also Joel's Sapphire Coat is really OP.
