“Like a villian” or “Death of peace of mind” are top notch by them. “Dethrone” is a great older song and SUPER heavy.
You said older and I had to think for a second, I guess it really has been 2 years since that song came out, such a wild ride of releases since then

i love noah sebastian because he so consistent in live performance, i never seen like that before, he's singing like angel and screaming like a demon sounds like chester bennington but he's voice like oliver sykes🤣

Oh man the PTSD of “they remind me of Bring Me The Horizon” bc that was a reason people wrote them off at the start but this album definitely helps define their sound a bit more. There’s deff a track or two you can see the influence but it used to be a HUGE problem with that being the first thing people tended to say 😅
Yeah, also got to know them because of the comparison in a yt comment and their older stuff sounds more familiar to bmth. But after listening to their whole album, I'd prefer Noahs vocals over Oli's ever since. Going to see bmth live this year, but never was able to see Bad omens here in Germany. Maybe I'll check out, if they do tour around Europe in 2023. Love the sound of both bands.
It's a shame, because for me the BMTH comparison is supposed to be a compliment, but people really do make it sound like they're a clone or something, which could not be further from the truth. I found them through their new album due to that BMTH comparison, and there are some similarities, but honestly, I think it's more on the high level production side. Similar genre-bending and blending, but different sounds and styles. but both out of this world skillsets.
They are incredible live. Arguably better than recorded.

Noah’s vocal range as well as vocal control is just insane! I heard him say in an interview that when he was experimenting with his vocal range.. he found it really easy to sing the way he now does. Naturally talented for sure.

I'd suggest you listen to Glass Houses and The Worst In Me from Bad Omens, the songs are from their debut album but i still really love that album. Anyways i hope you have a great week!

I just saw these guys live and they were phenomenal, and during their set they did a cover of one of my favorite songs, called "Sympathy" by Too Close To Touch, as a tribute to the bands vocalist passing away.
If you enjoy these guys, you would be blown away by the emotion in the singers voice from Too Close To Touch. Much love ❤️
I saw the video he posted from that performance. It was a tear inducing performance for sure. You can see and feel his emotions in that performance.

They're like BMTH except better in every way lmao. Better vocal diversity in Noah, better hooks, better writing and composition. I think Bad Omens is one of the best alternative metal bands in the scene currently

Seriously, the entire album. It's perfection. But the title track just hits different and is one of my favorite songs ever.
Maybe not for a reaction, but look up the tribute to Keaton Pierce (singer of Too Close to Touch who passed away suddenly in March) that they are doing on their current tour. They're covering "Sympathy." It's beautiful.

I would love to see you listen to Enter Shikari.. They are one of the most cutting edge, interesting bands to come out of the UK and have been a huge fan favorite amongst us Brits for 15 years. Massive mix-up of genres. Either their new single "The Void Stares Back" or "The Great Unknown" would be good songs to look at!

I agree with you on Pearl Jam. Same feeling. Musically and instrumentally there amazing, me and you should have a conversation about music. Lotta of it I don’t like Bad Omens older stuff. But this is their album. Hopefully their next album is as good a know how sometimes you get them artist who make albums, and only one is that album. I think this is the album for bad omens. You should listen to Underoath they’re only chasing safety. It’s a 30 minute album but worth every minute of listening to it if you see music like I do, you understand it so if you read this reply and let me know what you thought of the album
