I'm sure you have more than only water in your chart, as the position of your Sun only shows the main energy you actually need to embody and master to fulfill your life path. Also, look at your chart progression. If you were born with Sun in Cancer, at this moment - your progressed Sun could be in Leo or even in Virgo. So yeah, we all embody all 4 elements but one might be more prominent to a certain degree.
