Good luck getting the rights to use even half the brands in this modpack. Would've been an absolute legal nightmare and would cost way too much money. There's a reason why video games and movies use fake brands.
The mission flags and coordinate locations are still the same. You'll just fail it every time cause you can't access mission critical story-areas.. You gotta beat the game before installing this or you'll get stuck...
yea really cool sadly it a montly payment even for SP only i rahter would pay for this at least a second full price title eg 60 buck 70 but i undersdtand that they had to do a lot of work to do and probably didnt get payt until now since realise -- i reaally dont know how exactly these systems work so dont flame me
Fun fact: The interior at 6:03 is a scrapped room that is actually hidden somwhere underneath mission row. It was likely supposed to be for a comedy club, as you can find a map icon that depicts some goofy glasses in the game files.
original game have almost all interiors hidden under the map and these interiors are used 99% only in gta online, but most of our interiors are naturally enterable and are really on the place where you enter it
This is an amazing mod! I used to live in LA and can say this as very accurate. The only “problem” I see is that it gets way to dark at night, usually the light pollution makes it a bit brighter
Damn what did I just see. Is this for real?!! This is a complete overhaul for GTA V. This is how it should've been. Especially the trees populating certain areas and forests in the game which was later removed in the final release. This mod brings realism and life to the whole game. The real companies and brands make it feel more immersive while playing. The original game is still beautiful but these mods give life to the game. Great video!🔥
thank you very much 🙏 you are right beta vs released game had a lot of vegetation and other things removed due to performance at the hardware at that time, even today mods that add it can cause problems but due to our overhaul of the system files we removed a lot of huge limits allowing us run this insane amount of content smoothly even in 4K which did look just years ago like impossible goal 😱

TV and PS5 can and will hit the high end PC margins.. forget your obsession over sliders that fail min you go ultra settings. PS5 tells no lies. You're between 12 and 15 You have no idea of what the pc market has to offer in term of performance You're a pro-Sony kid who bought it for over 700$ That only to play "old-gen" games Well , the PS5 has a GPU which is equal to an AMD RX 6800 / RTX 3060ti 16Gb First , those 2 cards are "old-gen" cards wich means that a 4090 is MILES away from a 3060Ti in performance . Second , the PS5 uses very aggressive upscaling ( wich means playing the game at 720p and using AI to upgrade it to 1080p ) Third , no it doesn't has the same quality as a 4080 or even a 4070 because of the upscaling and also because the raytracing is way worse on amd gpus than nvidia ( even tho nvidia is overpriced af atm ) so you'll get about 20 to 50% less fps using the same Raytracing feature . Last , consoles and pcs are not the same at all , most of the games that are played by everyone ( palword , lethal company , ect ... ) are half of the time not on consoles . That without even speaking of the fact that a pc is upgradable and that you don't need to buy a whole system each time .. or the fact that you don't have to pay yearly yo play online on some games ect .. ect ... PS5 is a great consoles for peoples who just wants to sit for 1 or 2 hours and play a game then do smth else . project exist long time, multiple people including streamers followed by Rockstar are using it and we are reviewing each Rockstar updates of term of services, cant of course predict what rules they add in future. But basically most of the mods relies on the top of their files so thats not an issue, Rockstar was even supporting mods back at GTA4 before people started doing mods like hotcafe mod which made them angry about modding community
I hope its not just me, but the roads in the mod looks a bit unnatural, like you guys removed the potholes and all the cracks on the roads which makes it look unnatural in my opinion, but this looks great either way

This is amazing. This is going to sound like a cliche, but it really looks almost on par with what we have seen on GTA6 as of right now. A few things that maybe need addressing. There is a weird post process sharpening going on that makes the game look a little rough and painful to look at at times, and it really shows in medium and far distances. Another thing. The horizon transition between day and night is rough. Like really rough. For most of sunset, the horizon appears to turn a deep black, and it doesn't look great. The next. Although the new night looks nice, it completely lacks the light pollution that is common for LA. Other than those small issues, I think it looks great. My only question would be how stable it is. I know GTA has a lot of issues once you modify it, and a lot of mods completely break story progression. Is it fully play tested?
yes it is fully stable even in 4K and compatible with missions, of course adding other mods over can make it having stability problem, depends on added mods as there are hundreds of thousands different mods that exist
it is just my opinion but I am pretty sure that people who work on these games in this company are not there for tens of years, therefore they need to learn things again and again from scratch. However I would be dare to say that with our team size, we learned in our few years of GTA modding more than most of original game team developers know, as we are not splitted in so much small departments focusing on only exact part of the game, but we work with overall all game files so we have some idea about each part of the game files 😆

sadly FiveM would not be able to handle all of this + some of this content would be against Rockstar rules on FiveM. This is single player mod, we have FiveM packages too but that is only map and its not 100% same as single player 🤗

@@GTA5REAL The mod is YMAP format, but I was not able to figure out distant LOD's, and i never was able to get any help with it. It's also compatible with the tree mods like 'Forests of San Andreas', so there's a chance it could work.
@@galaxytraveler5779 we have own complete vegetation as you can see including forest, our models are optimized more than vanilla vegetation, are real life models of vegetation that is native for LA and Cali and placements are as well based on real life places. I did yet just read description and seen there are hundreds of lights and with normal or white options. Possible problems that can occur and we have to check first are: too many lights for this game pools = flickering lights glitch, performance drop, missing lods which you mentioned and are probably about half of the work of so many new locations for lights. We have to as well check it in matter of realism, we take care a lot about not being just nice but be realistic, to be on places where it is in real life too etc (:

yes, 1. FiveM would not handle all of this 2. not all of these edits can be done for FiveM as FiveM dont steam/support editing some of the files that we edited 3. things like vehicles and clothes would be against Rockstar rules on FiveM. Dont worry, if they allow mods or even give official mods support as rumors say, that would be enough, we modders are here and our team is looking forward to mod GTA6 as we like this game franchise
Props to who ever made this I can’t imagine how much work went into this but I personally don’t like these types of mods where they replace all the lore friendly textures with real life cooperate life sucking brands I used to play gta for an escape but this just looks depressing to me.
Even without the real life brands, there's a lot of features I hope we see in GTA VI here that add atmosphere and background. Even things like animated signs I was noticing like "oh yeah, real life has those, that's better".

There’s no such thing as FiveRP, it’s FiveM- which yes if you’re a server owner you can install it into your server. You can install this on single player as well. No you can’t use this in GTA: Online.

this mod was never meant to be released before being fully finished, you can wait until it will be done, but thanks to our supporters we are able to develop content hundreds times faster than without them and they are reason why our monthly updates are so insanely huge and why we are able to grow team to make this huge project be done one day 🙏

Rockstar would/could never do something like this for legal/copyright reasons but they absolutely could have created new islands or brought previous maps right into GTA5 and sold them as these things we used to call EXPANSION PACKS. Best part is that these would be single player so there would be no added server maintenance costs or anything. All the profits from each expansion, save for giving staff bonuses they deserve, would fund GTA6. They wouldn't really need to create a whole new game as the engine and graphics worked fine so all they had to worry about was adding to it. Or rather it could if they had not instead opted for the evil corporate greed option instead. I hope GTA6 has an offline story as great as 5's was and they sell GTA6 online as an entirely separate game for those that want it. It's kind of a dick move to double dip for sure but you know most of you will buy it. Who knows, maybe they will finally make expansions for GTA6 single player that way and let online be it's own toxic cesspool of whatever it is.
well you are wrong because their game Midnight Club have perfectly real world with all real brands. Their decision of fake brands in GTA titles has nothing to do with copyrights, but the whole goal of GTA games is to be parody of real world and that is why all brands are fake too, to be a parody. I agree with maps expansions and who knows, maybe if there would not exist GTA online which they focus on, they would do that. However it is first time they made online game and I believe it provided them much more net worth than new game for many reasons so thats why they focus on online only. But you got the point with selling extra packages for single player, something to think of for them haha. I would not really expect much from the story when peolpe like Dan leaved the company, people who took care of stories of their last games 😬

The roads all look the same now and look brand new. Should've kept all the details like how the roads in Sandy Shores are worse. Same with the ghettos. It shouldn't all be identical. But still great mod! The vegetation and real life brands and shops! All amazing!

Damn, really awesome updated buildings. But I have to say, as someone who has lived in southern cali and have been to LA a lot, I actually prefer the vanilla street textures. They look more realistic when it comes to the streaks and the sudden changes in tone. Especially with all the dirt and dark spots and patches. I feel like this mod makes it look almost plastic-like. It doesn't look real and looks less like a real road or at least a road in LA. I feel like the mod kind of removed the life from the roads, other then that though, awesome looking mod and graphics

Other than those small issues, I think it looks great.
My only question would be how stable it is. I know GTA has a lot of issues once you modify it, and a lot of mods completely break story progression. Is it fully play tested?
yes it is fully stable even in 4K and compatible with missions, of course adding other mods over can make it having stability problem, depends on added mods as there are hundreds of thousands different mods that exist

it is just my opinion but I am pretty sure that people who work on these games in this company are not there for tens of years, therefore they need to learn things again and again from scratch. However I would be dare to say that with our team size, we learned in our few years of GTA modding more than most of original game team developers know, as we are not splitted in so much small departments focusing on only exact part of the game, but we work with overall all game files so we have some idea about each part of the game files 😆

sadly FiveM would not be able to handle all of this + some of this content would be against Rockstar rules on FiveM. This is single player mod, we have FiveM packages too but that is only map and its not 100% same as single player 🤗

@@GTA5REAL The mod is YMAP format, but I was not able to figure out distant LOD's, and i never was able to get any help with it. It's also compatible with the tree mods like 'Forests of San Andreas', so there's a chance it could work.
@@galaxytraveler5779 we have own complete vegetation as you can see including forest, our models are optimized more than vanilla vegetation, are real life models of vegetation that is native for LA and Cali and placements are as well based on real life places. I did yet just read description and seen there are hundreds of lights and with normal or white options. Possible problems that can occur and we have to check first are: too many lights for this game pools = flickering lights glitch, performance drop, missing lods which you mentioned and are probably about half of the work of so many new locations for lights. We have to as well check it in matter of realism, we take care a lot about not being just nice but be realistic, to be on places where it is in real life too etc (:

yes, 1. FiveM would not handle all of this 2. not all of these edits can be done for FiveM as FiveM dont steam/support editing some of the files that we edited 3. things like vehicles and clothes would be against Rockstar rules on FiveM. Dont worry, if they allow mods or even give official mods support as rumors say, that would be enough, we modders are here and our team is looking forward to mod GTA6 as we like this game franchise
Props to who ever made this I can’t imagine how much work went into this but I personally don’t like these types of mods where they replace all the lore friendly textures with real life cooperate life sucking brands I used to play gta for an escape but this just looks depressing to me.

Even without the real life brands, there's a lot of features I hope we see in GTA VI here that add atmosphere and background. Even things like animated signs I was noticing like "oh yeah, real life has those, that's better".

There’s no such thing as FiveRP, it’s FiveM- which yes if you’re a server owner you can install it into your server. You can install this on single player as well. No you can’t use this in GTA: Online.

Rockstar would/could never do something like this for legal/copyright reasons but they absolutely could have created new islands or brought previous maps right into GTA5 and sold them as these things we used to call EXPANSION PACKS. Best part is that these would be single player so there would be no added server maintenance costs or anything. All the profits from each expansion, save for giving staff bonuses they deserve, would fund GTA6. They wouldn't really need to create a whole new game as the engine and graphics worked fine so all they had to worry about was adding to it. Or rather it could if they had not instead opted for the evil corporate greed option instead.
I hope GTA6 has an offline story as great as 5's was and they sell GTA6 online as an entirely separate game for those that want it. It's kind of a dick move to double dip for sure but you know most of you will buy it. Who knows, maybe they will finally make expansions for GTA6 single player that way and let online be it's own toxic cesspool of whatever it is.
well you are wrong because their game Midnight Club have perfectly real world with all real brands. Their decision of fake brands in GTA titles has nothing to do with copyrights, but the whole goal of GTA games is to be parody of real world and that is why all brands are fake too, to be a parody.
I agree with maps expansions and who knows, maybe if there would not exist GTA online which they focus on, they would do that. However it is first time they made online game and I believe it provided them much more net worth than new game for many reasons so thats why they focus on online only. But you got the point with selling extra packages for single player, something to think of for them haha.
I would not really expect much from the story when peolpe like Dan leaved the company, people who took care of stories of their last games 😬

Damn, really awesome updated buildings. But I have to say, as someone who has lived in southern cali and have been to LA a lot, I actually prefer the vanilla street textures. They look more realistic when it comes to the streaks and the sudden changes in tone. Especially with all the dirt and dark spots and patches. I feel like this mod makes it look almost plastic-like. It doesn't look real and looks less like a real road or at least a road in LA. I feel like the mod kind of removed the life from the roads, other then that though, awesome looking mod and graphics
