If you simmer and reduce the orange juice by half then refrigerate until it’s cold you can mix that pus 1 tbsp of orange liqueur into the base freeze and stir at least twice while it’s freezing this will help inhibit the ice crystals from forming. Water makes ice crystals and alcohol prevents crystallization - I make ice cream all the time and this method never fails. ❤️👏🏽
