Hi Debbie, hmmm sometimes your weather sounds quite inviting to us too 🤪. We are in the early to mid 30s, and when the wind drops, it feels worse. So right now, a day or two of yours would be a welcome change......but just a day or two max 🤣😁
You’ve finally reached Mayreau, pronounced “My-row”. My favorite place. My daughter feels like it’s her second home. Salt Whistle Bay is absolute paradise, nothing is better. I know these days it’s crowded but if you get in around midday when most boats are leaving you can get a good spot. Enjoy the islands. Love your videos.
Thanks so much, Danny. Yes, Salt Whistle was beautiful but packed solid with boats on those particular days. The walk across there from Saline Bay was very good too, so it all worked out well. Do you live in the area?
@@SailingSaoirse22 Yes, I live in Trinidad. I've been following your videos since you posted you had arrived here. I enjoy them. Hope you continue to have safe and happy travels.
absolutely paradise! I can't help but wonder what happens with the plastic wine glasses and glass bottles from rum and plastic containers... often to be present in the views and videos of those to privilege to be able to visit these paradises... would imagine that most of these islands have their own "dump areas" it just occurs to me to wonder what happens with all of the debris from our "civilisation"... cheers from Toronto!
It's really beautiful there, you were lucky it was quiet. When we were there, all the balls were taken, and there were also people at anchor. But it was during a really good break in the weather, so that explained it. Tobago Cays was also packed at the time.
Hi Pascal, colben mentioned that you had popped past the boat when we were all passed out asleep after a long walk earlier in the day. Hope you are enjoying it here, too. Isn't it amazing?
Absolutely great episode another beautiful place ..if you still got thorns from the prickly pears if you have a black light ,i understand they florescent UV under it and can be pulled with a tweezer then ....but that said the syrup made from them with the run looked like a great sundowner....not that the red wine wasn't flowing whating for a coconut to land on the coconut haha...glad it didnt ...
😁😆 yes, between the cocktails and the wine we did alright, didn't we. I hadn't even noticed that 🤣. The prickly pear thorns only haunted us for a day or two, so it's wasn't too bad in the end. And no coconuts were harmed in the making of this episode 🤣
Watching this buried under my duvet…..temp 4 degrees……such beautiful clear water …. And sunshine!!!!

We are getting to see the most amazing places 🏝⛵️🐢
Nice place, we were lucky enough to spend 4 or 5 nights in Salt Whistle bay and it was quiet…..
