When you freeze breastmilk, make sure you write down also the time you pumped it. The reason for that is; In the evening your milk has more melatonin so the baby sleeps and daytime milk has more cortisol to stay up. When u pump and freeze u dont know which one you are giving the baby afterward, if you give daytime milk at night baby is going to be up and vice versa👍🏼 Make sure u write down the time🙏🏼

Question to the Mommy's having tough sleeping schedule, how are you putting them to bed? Are they being kept awake as much as possible during day? I totally feel the no sleep pain. My daughter had colic. Talk about HELL ON EARTH! but my son, he was a breeze. I started adding the SMALLEST amount of baby cereal to his bottles at bed time, (he was 4 months) made sure I gave him a night time bath with warm water and lavender (I Believe it was lavender) it helps relax them, followed by a nice warm, -not to thick- bottle, I'd wrap him NICE AND TIGHT in his snuggle blanket and he slept 6 full hours the first night, and 7+ the second night on. I was up before him, thinking something was wrong because he was still asleep LoL. The little things do add up to make a difference!

I breastfed all three of my daughters but I’m not gonna lie-that was 28 years ago and breastfeeding was just starting to come back “en vogue”. I’m so curious as to why I see so many breastfeeding mums pump as well? For me as a mum who had to bottle feed one baby the absolute relief of dispensing with all that palaver for the simplicity and ease of breastfeeding alone was such a relief!
I feel the same way. I feel it must be so others can feed the baby too, like when the mom or both parents need to go somewhere or so the dad can feed the baby during the middle of the night so the mom could sleep.
Sometimes you have more milk than baby needs right then. So you're swollen and need to release the milk , but baby's full and doesn't want to nurse. So you pump instead and save the beast milk for sometime when maybe your in the shower , or maybe Dad could feed the baby. Also when the baby's a lil older Mom and Dad could go out for a date night or something and the babysitter can feed the baby with the saved beast milk. Also you can donate beast milk to premature babies in the hospitals and there's a market for it online as well for Moms who want their babies to get the benefits of beast feeding , but they can't because they don't produce milk or maybe just not enough milk. So yea
My breast always gave a lot of milk even when I'm not feeding or if I'm feeding onside the amout that just drips on its own could feel 2 to 4 ozs plus after breastfeeding on demand 4 times I rather others be able to help me cause breastfeeding has driven me crazy while running a home.
My nursing friends told me to use nursing pads or my husband's hankies for unexpected let downs. I was young and didn't understand but I soon figured out I could hold my arms against my breasts and press. If I did this before baby started crying I could stop the huge leak down the front of my clothes.
Breast fed both my kids for 2 years each but didn't know we could freeze pumped milk. Good to see young moms managing things so well, kudos to all the new moms because whatever anyone might say it's not a easy job.
I so wish I had even known that a postpartum doula was even a thing 10 and 13 years ago. I needed one so bad because my hormones were so out of whack and I took a drastic nosedive into postpartum depression after my second son. I needed help and didn't have any, except for my husband when he could.
What a wonderful example. I wish they had had these bags for my Mom back in the day. They were three of us!😬So glad you can manage like this. It seems like some work to possibly pump, label, and store, but you’re doing something for that child that no other nourishment can do.😊
never breastfed as I was on strong bp meds and it would have dangerous for baby. He is 14 going on 15 and very tall and strong. He has not missed a day of school in years.
100% worthwhile. We are built for it and it is best for our babies for us to bond and cuddle and nurse them with liquid gold. Breastmilk is so magical.
Good luck with nursing. I wanted to but had C Section with complications so ended up bottle feeding. Got alot of criticism + abuse for not breast feeding, alotta stigma around new mums. Your baby is beautiful❤
@@geniiavallejo I honestly never realised how judgemental ppl were until I got pregnant + had a baby. Even had strangers in trains criticise me for not breast feeding, all from women!! Much love from Scotland x x
You are doing fabulously! I breast-fed three kids who all gained weight in the hospital! Your breasts are better behaved with the second and subsequent births. Pressing firmly the over the center of your non-feeding breast helps hold the milk back until the letdown passes. Nursing in a side lying position is one of my other favorite tips! it was especially helpful since I had to have three C-sections. I would nurse the baby on the breast closest to the mattress then lean forward to feed from the second breast. I usually changed the baby in the middle of feeding to help it stay awake. Babies have total suction from mouth to bum so when they’re feeding they often blow out their diaper. You can easily burp baby by just sitting it up against one hand while patting its back. 💞
If you're experiencing that much leakage we all know babies grow out of newborn diapers extremely fast and usually alway have extras left over try using those in place of the breast pads. They also help to keep the moisture away from the nipples so you don't get so sore and helps keep the bacteria from the dampness away. I was told once that I was weird because I always wiped mine before and after feedings. But it was just my preference.
Sometimes we dont realized but it is such a blessing to have a clean and organized house to come back and spend the post partum days 😍🙏🏻 so peaceful and delightful to live that! 💕
Your home is so simplistic, cozy, and welcoming. I’m not a mom yet but these videos are helpful. God bless you and your beautiful family. May his blessings and peace pour out on you in this season❤

I to breastfeed my two babies. My first was 9 # 12 oz. I had so much milk in just 12 hours of emergency c section. After 37 hours of labor. All i had was a La Leche book and a manual pump which did not help. I had to hand express and couldn't get much. Not enough to freeze . Would leak through 2 pads and down my cloths. I always said i could feed the county. My second born in 82 nursed 3 1/2 and she did not want to stop then. She now has 3 children and had a difficult time breastfeeding. She even rented a hospital grade pump that didn't help. She loved to breastfeed. I would supplement the baby like the pedestrian recommended so she wouldn't get confused. ❤
My eldest son is 35 years old, and breast pumps were manual, and the breast pads were the ones you slip into the bra---they would move up over the bra and you had to keep adjusting them. 😂
I realized pumping definitely gives you an oversupply I pumped and breastfed for first 3 months and had way too much milk haha then when I just breastfed after that just right 👍 👌

This is just reality of when you breastfeeding... I wish! My son struggled with gaining weight since birth, but we continued breastfeeding. 5 weeks postpartum I had an emergency because there was still a piece of placenta and therefore a second surgery with again a lot of bloodloss. Because of hospitalisation we had to give formula. I pumped (even if it was frustrating to see just a few drops), ate healthy and a lot, drank a lot but it wasn't enough for 7 weeks. With a lot of effort, trust in my body and the ability of giving milk, powerpumping etc. we achieved finally 12 weeks postpartum to nurse without formula 🙏 It was a long way but so rewarding
This made me cry😢 my baby is 5 weeks old and due to tongue tie my milk never came in propperly and after pumping abd pumping it just dissapeared altogether.what I woukd give to be able to feed my baby naturally. You are so blessed.

I remember and miss those days so much!! Enjoy it goes by real fast.
Really! What part do you miss??? The sleepless nights ?😂 That was my worst period and I don't want to have a second baby for that reason!
In order to be a good Mom you have to be prepared to give up your own personal life and be 100% a mother. That's just how it has to be. I just could never see myself giving up my life. Never once had a desire to do this. 73 and no regrets. Congratulations Mamma. You will be a good Mom.
WHOA! You are producing like a Factory! Awesome job, Mommy! What a gorgeous blessing, your little AngelFace is!!!! Gosh, how I miss those days ! 🥹😢😭😭😭Savor every second of it, because it will change, week by week! At 2 weeks, I called my Nurse crying, that my little AngelFace had already changed a lot. 🥹😭😁
Yes defined blessed with my supply 🥰 oh I know my oldest one is 3 and it feels like we had her yesterday 🥺
I truly appreciate this video. I just went on Amazon and purchase everything that you had on this video for my postpartum. I even love the babies little pillow. Thank you.
I’m so glad 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
What are the rounded pads that she kept . Purpose and name please
@@zani448they are breast pads/ nursing pads, they keep you from staining and wetting all your clothes since your boobs will leak breast milk every couple hours
@@zani448they expire milk, you can also get them in reusable. You can get them for example from "lansinoh" or "medela", like the freezer bags for milk.
@@zani448which ones? The ones she put in the bra are nursing pads, the wet ones she took out and said “life saver”, are witch hazel pads that you put on top of your pad in your underwear for healing.
Omg 6 days in and you’ve got that much milk coming in? You’re very blessed! Fingers crossed I’ve got that kind of milk supply too once I have my babies!
Jesus loves you and has a plan for you! 1 Corinthians 13:4-6, Jeremiah 29:11, Joshua 1:9!
Ask for the help of the Godess. You will have enough milk.
You need to express a lot of milk, that’s the only secret, basically more demand more supply. Not a rocket science.
Yes they are life savers. My milk use to spill when i least expect it. God is good.
Поздравляю 🎉 у нас дочь (25 лет) и два сына (23года и 16 лет)! Как же быстро они выросли!!! Счастья вашей семье и здоровья девочкам! Пусть растут в любви и заботе!!!🎉

Fk I was so exhausted I was falling asleep standing up 😂
This is so accomplished!!
Keep going momma, you're doing great! ❤ your giving your baby the best start in life.
Si ma il latte non si congela, perde ogni proprietà.
Being a momma is the best ❤️ congratulations 🎉
Mamas definitely do a great job! ❤
I miss those days when i sat with my son in my arms and just chilled.. now hes 4 and a freakin energizer bunny 😂😂
Just wait until he’s double that at 8! lol Now I miss the 4 year old energizer bunny days🥲. He’s still got the energy, that remains the same, just way bigger and less cuddly…I can still get a cuddle just not like when he was 4! Enjoy every moment 💙
What a beautiful, loving mama. Beautiful family.
Breastfeeding is normal. Formula feeding only if not able to breastfeed. Formulas are not always healthy due to production in factories.
Sometimes your body produces more milk than what the baby, especially new borns, can consume.
So yea
Agreed
My breast always gave a lot of milk even when I'm not feeding or if I'm feeding onside the amout that just drips on its own could feel 2 to 4 ozs plus after breastfeeding on demand 4 times I rather others be able to help me cause breastfeeding has driven me crazy while running a home.
I sooo remember those days! May all your days be so sweet. ❤🎉
So satisfying to watch your videos 🥰
My youngest is 20 years old. Enjoy the snuggles and love now. Xx
My nursing friends told me to use nursing pads or my husband's hankies for unexpected let downs. I was young and didn't understand but I soon figured out I could hold my arms against my breasts and press. If I did this before baby started crying I could stop the huge leak down the front of my clothes.
Same I would just hold them when i felt the letdown coming and it would stop the leak😊
People like us who never have leaks can't relate, 😅
Breast fed both my kids for 2 years each but didn't know we could freeze pumped milk. Good to see young moms managing things so well, kudos to all the new moms because whatever anyone might say it's not a easy job.
This is exactly why I do as postpartum Doula but a nighttime!!
Beautiful Video Reality 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽♥️
I so wish I had even known that a postpartum doula was even a thing 10 and 13 years ago. I needed one so bad because my hormones were so out of whack and I took a drastic nosedive into postpartum depression after my second son. I needed help and didn't have any, except for my husband when he could.
Its just happy marernity, enjoy this miracle
What a wonderful example. I wish they had had these bags for my Mom back in the day. They were three of us!😬So glad you can manage like this. It seems like some work to possibly pump, label, and store, but you’re doing something for that child that no other nourishment can do.😊
I remember doing all this with my 3 kids now they are almost 8 6 and almost 4 and healthy amazing kids
What a beautiful video, mama! Such sweet moments ❤ After 3 kids, I swear I could smell the Tuck’s pads through the video lol
Hahahaha that was me!!!! I smelled them after I had my second baby and it brought back memories from my first baby 🥰🥺
never breastfed as I was on strong bp meds and it would have dangerous for baby. He is 14 going on 15 and very tall and strong. He has not missed a day of school in years.
Your choice and Mother's Nature plan for us to feed our babies naturally... Hard and tiring, but worthwhile. ❤
Fed is best.
Thank you 🥰 I get criticism for breastfeeding. So yea people will always judge no matter what
@@geniiavallejo I honestly never realised how judgemental ppl were until I got pregnant + had a baby. Even had strangers in trains criticise me for not breast feeding, all from women!! Much love from Scotland x x
@@lolabelle4959 thank you ❤️ we should support each other
Congratulations on your new baby! You’re doing a great job Mommy!👏👏🙏❤️💕🇨🇦Canada
My kids are 21 years and 20 years old and I miss the feeding times, it's such a bonding time.
That’s crazy this people exposing their lives . Like they’re so important.
You are such a wonderful mama.
I love being a mom
Sometimes we dont realized but it is such a blessing to have a clean and organized house to come back and spend the post partum days 😍🙏🏻 so peaceful and delightful to live that! 💕
Yessss 🥰🥰🥰
Brings back memories ❤
Your home is so simplistic, cozy, and welcoming. I’m not a mom yet but these videos are helpful. God bless you and your beautiful family. May his blessings and peace pour out on you in this season❤
Awe thank you so much 🥰
Great job mom ! How in the world so you not have any food in your freezer ? I've never seen one so clean .
They probably cleaned it for only freezing milk
Some people do not use the freezer on their refrigerator. We for instance have a chest freezer and a free standing freezer that we use. It is easier for organization of your freezer also.
Can you give a list for all the products you use pls
Been there mama..❤ your gonna rock it ❤ bless y'all
What a patience and beautiful sweet mommy you are!!!! 👏💝👏💝
Well done, Mommy. Keep up the good work and may your children rise and call you blessed 🙏
Bellissimo vlog! Amo anch’io tanto questo mestiere, perché fare la mamma è un mestiere ed un lavoro a tutti gli effetti, retribuito con soddisfazioni, gioia, crescita e molto altro! ❤️
They were my favourite moments too ❤❤❤
Mothers are THE BEST 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
❤miss those days sooo much…
Im 25 weeks today with number 5 and this is actually making me look forward to the postpartum transition again. Very raw, real and perfect. I hope my supply stays this time though. My first 3 were breastfed for 12-18 months 😅 then number 4 was only 2 weeks before an infection and supply just stopped. I cried. Alot. Fingers crossed this last time 🤞 congratulations to you and your family again.
@@jasminecapp oh wow number 5 you’re a hero!

Omg this gave me such ughh flashbacks to these times especially because I was going through the worst while being postpartum 😓I wish the best for all new moms out there
You are doing everything right just remember to drink drink drink fluids and eat well and your milk supply will be there for you … 💕
And rest in every spare minute because breastfeeding is exhausting!
Awwww so beautiful, may God continue to bless you and your family.
I remember those days,I loved breast feeding too,it’s so much better than formula, plus it’s a one on one for mommy and baby! It’s nice that you freeze it for whatever you have to leave baby! Congratulations on your new little bundle of joy ❤❤❤
You're A Saint!! 🌹🕊😇💃🤱
Your postpartum seems to be so peaceful 🥹 Love it ❤
MachaAllah you're getting prettier after giving birth❤❤❤❤❤ so happy for you❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you very much 🙏🏼

الله يسر عليك يا روحي ❤
I have 5 kids from 8-28 and 2 granddaughters and I know the newborn stage can be trying but watching this makes me super nostalgic for it. ❤
My eldest son is 35 years old, and breast pumps were manual, and the breast pads were the ones you slip into the bra---they would move up over the bra and you had to keep adjusting them. 😂
Можно клеить на молоко наклейки день / ночь и дату❤❤❤❤❤это упростит кормление ❤❤❤❤
I realized pumping definitely gives you an oversupply I pumped and breastfed for first 3 months and had way too much milk haha then when I just breastfed after that just right 👍 👌
This is precious 🤍
Congratulations and what a beautiful baby you have 🎉🎉👣🪽🪽
Respect mom ❤. You are good mother ❤
It really is the reality of breastfeeding. Every single one of my shirts ruined lol
I love how real this is
Beautiful family ❤
I loved watching this video 🥹 my daughter is 4 now and your day reminded me of my routine as a new mom pretty much spot on. I can’t wait to have another baby someday when the time comes. This made me smile❤
You are doing great❤❤❤❤
This is just reality of when you breastfeeding...
Take care mommy❤
Thank you 🙏🏼
Real mom!! Baby girl needs all that love 💕👏🥰
I can’t breastfeed but I love being with my boy bottle feeding. Your little one is beautiful
100% but 6 days in and mad props she’s already pumping. It’s so much work being a mother but totally worth it.
Good job mama ❤
