the vignette (sticker) is only required for the Autobahn (and individual markings for other expressways).
The quality and taste of the water from the fountain should at least correspond to the quality of bottled mineral water, so you won't go wrong with us (fountains that do not have drinking water must be marked). It is quite common to have a water bottle (metal or glass) with you and to fill it up at a fountain (=free mineral water).
As for the video itself, actually good to very good, especially the drone shots are very great. I don't actually need the fashion tips (believe me, I just look xxx in a dress like that *laughs), but they were short enough that they didn't bother me. The only suggestion for improvement is the better volume matching of your voice with the background music (too loud compared to the voices).
Oh, the shots must have come from a shooting range (red/white flag), shootings are almost unknown here (almost unthinkable at the time of day and in the place).
