i dont get the need to build such a huge mansion for such a small family. & at their ages, they will be empty nesters sooner than later. i would feel like im living in an abandoned hotel. all high end, very fancy, all the bells & whistles....but theres something so narcissistic, beat the jones, & impress the neighbors kind of insecurity in that spending so much. i get the vacation home for the family she wants to build in mexico. my parents have one on santa catalina island they bought years ago with just 4 beds & 4 bathrooms with killer views & its great weather. its very homey filled with a collection of lovely things from my familys travels & interests, etc... & its a welcoming comfortable home. its cozy & pretty & we love the pool, the barbq, the beach & the 6 person boat. its all about us getting together doing fun things together. & hopefully it will stay i our family forever. i can imagine what her vaca home will look like!!!! LOL. versailles?!
I have learned that modern does not mean more beautiful. It is a very modern house but I dont say to myself wow it is so beauitful. The chairs in the entrance foyer and some other ones look very cheapy
This glam-chic aesthetic is so awful to me, coupled with the massive rooms with minimal furniture. It’s like a tacky hotel. But if she’s happy, that’s all that matters.
I love the house, but I thought it supposed be an family oriented home. I feel like the house can be rent out or a vacation house. It just doesn't feel like welcome home situation. But every one have the own taste of a homey feeling.
So much money and time and it looks like the contractors special. The finishes, the glam aesthetic, it’s all so outdated. Followers following. This is not true style. It’s copying an outdated aesthetic and throwing money at it!
She is so out of touch. I do believe Heather is a loving Mother who loves her kids. But Momma could you imagine the wealth difference between you and every other human hard working mother in this country? You roach your riches, while some of us make sure our kids ( no food stamps here!!) can ensure a few bottles of clean water in the fridge and a few healthy food options for our children and grand children while living off of a food cost of maybe $350-$400 a month if we are lucky: I’m so tired of watching the wealthy. I just want my kids , family and grand kids to go to bed warm, and fed. Clean and dry… This county is over your wealthy home tours. We want to feed our kids and just keep our family safe.
