Designing this area of the house was especially important to me because it’s where we spend a lot of our time! And in our last house Terry wasn’t in love with the master, so I really wanted to make sure he loved this room as much as the others!

Easy fix on the bathroom cabinet. Reverse the interior hinges, keeping the doorknob in the same place. Put a push latch on the right side (hidden). The cabinet door keeps the balanced look but the function changes to allow you to open it from the shower side.
Or just reverse the hinges and add another pull on the other corner then and another nob on the other door to maintain symmetry.
Personally I would have to redo the entire bathroom. lol. jk.

I don’t like the bedroom but I love the bathroom! Although I would have a detachable shower head in the shower and the tub, and the tub I want would have jets, an infinity edge so I can fill it to my neck, and a surrounding marble area to put my drink down and put orchids and fancy bathing stuff. I loved the bathtub from the movie “Knocked Up”.

Her house is literally me going crazy with money cheats on The Sims, picking out only the most expensive things (whether I think it’s aesthetically pleasing isn’t much of a factor), and making separate rooms for every single activity 😅😅😅
These 2 are just so darn cute........a lot of respect and love between the two of them......rare to see in a town surrounded by people who change spouses as often as they change their socks. YES, Dr. Terry Dubrow. This house has a lot of future next level "design elements". Coffee station, Dry towel warmer, hands free toilets, and seating area in the bathroom. I love mansion.

Heather is out of reality, TACKY, SHALLOW, and super materialistic.
Well she has a lot of arrangements all around the house, so the florist does flowers for the entry way and other rooms in the house, so Heather just asked the florist to add an arrangement for the bathroom too

Absolutely beautiful design and quite a bit of work. Regarding the bathroom closet door, I am in the habit of prepping for my shower or bath before I enter so it would make no difference which day the door opened.
I love Terry's doctor bag! And the heated towel drawer looks amazing - my favourite thing about night shifts at the hospital is to get out a warm blanket and sit and write notes with it wrapped around me!
I hate seeing vacuum lines in carpeting. The whole house is beautiful but it feels like the bedrooms something more. She should get floors and a pattern area rugs to divide up the space. Needs just a little more warmth

Huge expense having a giant bed and custom sheets but has two $1,200 pitchers for WATER beside the bed 🤦🏻♀️
complaining about cost is just a mechanism to make her seem relateable... the room wasnt designed for a huge bed, the windows are perfectly placed for a california king, shes lying. if she had a huge bed, the windows would be too close to the bed and the nightstands would be in front of the windows and just look messy. The cost of the sheets is relative, they would need to be custom and arguably she would need several pairs of custom sheets and never be able to change the bedding without having more custom made...but still. If she really wanted that, she would have got it, the cost had nothing to do with it.

The thing I like the best in the whole house are the amazing gemstones, crystals, marble, basically all the natural stone/rock. I noticed in one of the rooms you had a pair of beautiful labradorite book ends.

I agree separate toilets are the best. We’ve had separate toilets in the master bath in our last 2 homes. Now I’m ready for him to have his own bathroom!! That is the real key to a happy marriage lol!

Love the tour! Gave me some good ideas for my next house. Even though my bedroom/bathroom will not be as big as your space, I can easily apply your ideas. Example. Color scheme, wallpaper (beautiful), lighting fixtures, heated towels for the bathroom, etc. thank you Heather!

You are such a great wife, making sure your husband's needs are met. Some women don't care and just do what they want and I really saw how you tried to make your husband happy and feel super comfortable in the space. This may be overlooked but I truly admire that.

I love the house. This is the only room I haven’t fallen for. I think it may be the size/ scale of it all. I also feel like the carpet takes away something. Wood flooring with area rugs would add more dimension. I do also kind of agree about the “sick bed” lol if it were more of a fancy chaise it might look better.

Chelsea Jones Terry is a plastic surgeon and doesn’t necessarily “save lives on a daily basis.” If you google him/his practice, there’s actually quite a lot of patients (everyday normal people) who go to him because they’ve seen him on TV, but he’s a totally different person. From the reviews, it seems like all he cares about is making money (based on poor post-surgery follow up and almost a $400 5 min consultation fee). His co-star Paul Nassif has good reviews from patients though

Who prints pictures?!!! She exclaimed and then immediately opened a huge cabinet with, you guessed it, photo albums!
She meant nowadays when everything is digital and she doesn't print pics anymore. It's true tho. Nowadays we tend to keep our pics digitally. The photo albums are from the old days back in 2003 and maybe older when she didn't have cloud and still used to print them out.

Not everyone gets her, but then again hey it's her house. But if you try to understand the whole contexts she said instead of just pick one or two sentences but left the one after that, of course you won't get it. Same with the carpets, she did say Terry hated the old bedroom cos it was too sparkly. So she tries to put masculine theme this time with the choc-tone carpet and leather materials too BUT as she said she likes sparkle so she still puts that in the room. It's like win-win solution. My house wasn’t expensive and had a fireplace, not as huge as hers. My house wasn’t even 2000sq ft.
a lot of people have fireplaces in their bathrooms, its the expensive marble around the fireplace and the huge slabs of expensive marble in the shower that you need to pay attention to.
So far my favorite room in the house is the master bathroom!

I agree, I liked her other home better, the few things I like here are her office, the outside of the house and backyard. This house looks empty and cold. Its just looks like a collection of super expensive bricks, walls and furniture.
Restoration Hardware is nicer in my opinion. Not that this room isn’t, but the sheer size of the room makes everything look tacky and cheap.
