- Can 2020 be over yet?!! I couldn't let the year end without trying to bring some holiday spirit to everyone. Come check out how I decorated for Christmas this year. I never do the same thing twice and LOVE surprising my family and friends with some over the top decor.

A great place to donate that bow could be a local theatre or children’s hospital.
That bow probably cost more than one of their cars in the garage!!! I don’t think I would “donate” it to anyone!!!

Did you decorate for the holiday? Did you give to a local theater or children’s hospital? How very presumptuous and judgmental to assume they haven’t given & that you can’t decorate and give. So silly & sad.
@@danielleS257 100% truth..... NO, not even a stocking in my home this year! I could take pix right now for you!! I lost 5 family members this year including my Mom! 3 friends of the family and my daughters friend (18 yrs old from cancer)

My husband makes shit for $ cuz he works for the school district and I have chronic illness so it’s hard for me to work! For my birthday I asked people to give to a charity.
I’m carrying on my Moms tradition of making banana bread and card w 10.00. She made 4 every year and gave to some customers she knew had no family & struggled financially. ( she worked in a pharmacy) and an Animal hospital!
**regarding the Animal hospital....the week before she died suddenly, a woman couldn’t pay the last 20.00 on her bill to close the account for her dog. When the girl left, my Mom paid it for her. Didn’t tell her! SO IM GIVING THE HOSPITAL 100.00 on Jan 29th From now on for the hospital to use to pay somebody’s bill who is financially struggling. In my moms name!
I also year round go to the dollar store and I take $100 (every 6 months).... I buy socks , toiletries, bottle of water, Gatorade, granola bars, and other stuff. I Make individual bags and keep them in my car. When I see someone who is homeless, I can give them to help give them a little comfort.
My family is grieving and as much as I tried I could not put any decorations up this year , it just didn’t feel right.
Financially we are struggling. We cannot afford any insurance and keeping groceries in the house is a strain .....but we get by. We do what we can to help others, because it’s the right thing to do!
I am happy to provide any pics you might need if you feel that I might be making this up. I’m not the kind of person to lie or to make stuff up!
I’ve grown up in a family that has always been grateful for what we have and always found a way to give to someone else who is struggling.
As for the Dubrow family, I Already said that I’m sure her publicist will remind her to donate her things when she’s done with them.

It will just be my daughter and I alone this year, no decorations just gratitude for our health. TY!

I don’t think they will be celebrating Easter. The Dubrows are Jewish. I remember them attending Temple on RHBH......beautiful decorations, though. Love the bow!

I noticed they didn’t have a menorah anywhere so I’m not sure what they believe in. Perhaps it is in a more private space- giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have an acquaintance who, along with her husband, don’t believe in God and yet the family celebrates Christmas. That has always struck me as odd. They deny Jesus but bring on Santa and the presents! Jesus is the reason for the season. Period.

I don’t care what anyone else says, Heather is Heather! So she’s rich! So what? They worked for it and they’re successful. I loved seeing this fabulous home decorated to the maximum! Heather, that bow?!!! Oh my gosh! The decorator did a splendid job of incorporating the bow and colors throughout. I know there was much more and I’d love to have seen it but what you shared with us was lovely, spectacular, and so much fun! I think I’ll try a punch box for my grandson’s upcoming birthday - on a smaller scale, and put party favors in the boxes. Such a great idea. Love, loved everything!!!!! 🎄❤️🎄❤️🎄❤️

When I saw that you posted a new video - initially, I thought: people are out of work; we are stressed about what is going on in Washington & the misuse of our Taxes (again). And as a result talks of: double-dip recession & a government shut-down. Is anyone really interested in looking at new X-mas decor at a rich person’s house? But right away, you made me feel “welcoming” & inspired to continue on ~ so I can hurry-up and get to where you are. You’re a beautiful person. And I’m a fanatic. Watching Heather & her opulence is something we have been watching since she broke ground on this house. We tuned in time after time to see what room was next in the house. Yes we are in a global pandemic and people have lost their jobs etc but this is her job. Heather is a perfectionist and she simply is showing you the amazing dream she had that came to fruition. It’s 2020 we need to show more love then hate and not kick each other down regardless of their financial situation.
OMG... Really, Jim? She feels self-entitled to flaunt her "Stuff" to all the "Masses" out there .. which is most of us. Read my posts I told her to go back and rewind the video and really LISTEN to herself !!

Heather flaunting her stuff brought you here in the first place. You nor I know her journey of how she got here or how hard she had to work for it. So yeah she is allowed to flaunt it because she has worked her way up the ladder of life and is on her game. Remember if you don’t like something you don’t have to watch. Maybe you should walk around your neighbourhood and call out the people with expensive cars that are flaunting their stuff every time they wash it in the drive way. Better yet don’t forget the Kardashian’s or your own president who preferred to golf at his own estate and almost didn’t sign for Americans to get relief. I would probably focus more on that then heather and her little TH-cam channel.

I love how sentimental you are and how you make things have purpose for either making new memories or rembering the past. Your children will always remember these special times when they become adults.
I have been having a hard time lately. I have been thinking of how fortunate I am, and how so many people are struggling to keep a roof over their heads and food on the table. I think of them worrying about how they are going to bills that are piling up. The expense of buying needed medications being a constant struggle. Little kids caught in all of this mess.
Seeing all this opulence is saddening. Just because you can doesn't mean you should. It is great to celebrate, it's even better to celebrate by helping those who through no fault of their own are struggling right now.
People are starving. I don't know why this video makes me so sad when it is so beautiful.

My husband and I have been together for 16yrs and our tree is literally a family tree. Every year I get the kids and my husband an ornament. Plus a family tree ornament lol I just love it. So next year I plan to add an additional tree for myself.

Beautiful home and decor this year was bad for me and my family but it’s all okay,I got to see my grandbabies on video chat after Santa came.I have had covid and I already had lung issues and lupus so it was very hard on me but I’m alive and my mom and husband both had it and my grandbabies dad so we was all isolated.I’m highly favored and truly blessed that I made it through this sickness.No amount of money or things on earth equals to just having your family alive and just having what you have I’m just so grateful with no gifts material things come and go but your life is something that is precious and can’t be replaced.Happy yall have a good life take care Merry Christmas 🎄

Really a shame that with so many suffering, and the crappy year most of us have had, loss of jobs because of Covid, not seeing family, having family and friends lose loved ones to this pandemic, and yet we can still be so pretentious and oblivious. Everyone would love to make Xmas special, especially this year, I'd have more respect if they went simple and donated to a food bank, children's hospital, the homeless or vets!!! As lovely as it is, it's sad too

@@dahliahunter2491 I'm very glad they are successful, but flaunting it in these most difficult times is just poor taste, and BTW, I donate thousands on a yearly basis, and am thankful that we can do so, I also have been raising 2 now teenage granddaughters since the oldest one was 4, the younger one 2, I put them threw private Catholic schools, which I'm grateful and thankful we were able to do, my girls cone first, anything they ever needed was given with LOVE , there is nothing ugly hearted about me, so let's put things into perspective here, and calling people names is certainly something I would never do to anyone, especially someone I know NOTHING ABOUT!!! people's lives are not easy, but this year has been especially difficult for all of us!!! I pray that God keeps you safe in the coming year and that you remember that everyone is allowed an OPINION!!! Even you!!
Beautiful house! Love the entrance. I decorated my house because I needed some "normalicy" in my life with the holidays being so different this year.. With my small budget I bought some inflablables for my front yard just to make the children and families smile, and it was a success!! :)

I love Roger’s Garden! I’ve bought many pretty things there! I miss all that area, grew up around there since I was a kid but now my hubby and I go there whenever we’re visiting my mom, I haven’t been able to go since last Christmas for very good reasons, and my husband had to have surgery so he has to be extra cautious during this year, plus I live in Northern California now, grew up in Torrance, CA...I miss O.C. and the South Bay! Not only is your home beautiful, it’s spectacular! I love all the gorgeous decorations and the Christmas trees, especially you and your family having a “Family memory” tree, that’s even more special! Thank you for sharing and that huge bow, is so pretty! Save it for Easter and next Christmas, you might need to build another room just for that bow to put it away! Don’t get me wrong, Heather, it’s absolutely beautiful and if I could, I would decorate my home as elegantly as yours. However, I just do not think it’s appropriate to show off your home this year. Again, it is gorgeous, but there are just so many people and families suffering in many different ways right now and it just doesn’t seem appropriate at the moment🖤

It's beautiful, especially that bow. I decorated earlier and I decorated more this year. If we, especially the kids, are stuck more at home (even 100% remote schooling), they should enjoy their home and have a fun environment.

As for what I've done, I kept paying the workers who lost their jobs during shutdown, I used my stimulus money to heavily tip people who provide food since their businesses were flat and tips were non-existent, I pulled supplies together for the women's shelter, I contacted my government officials to advocate for additional support, I shared supplies with people who didn't have any. What did you do?

Ok my turn......my 13 daughter borrowed money to buy presents. I said I only have $20 and Not to spend too much, I needed to pay for trash pickup. I waited in the car and she went inside dollar General. She gave me a silver butterfly necklace on Christmas Day. Her eyes and smile lit up when she heard me say “this is so beautiful, I love it so much”. Really mum I knew you would. So precious!
