I'm a Nigerian with coarse hair. Recently watching lots of 360 wave videos. ..and I am doing my best to get them waves. I got ripples at top of my head. But the challenge is keeping the progress intact as I can't wear durags all the time. I found out that in the middle of the day, the hairs ain't properly laid down no more.
There’s no excuse I’m exactly Nigerian as well. It just takes us a lot longer I feel, especially the sides but I was spinning before i got braids I just cut my braids last 2 weeks ago and going for waves again. Just trust the process g
My day 1 is today I just Scalped cause I really wasn’t being consistent and it wasn’t looking to good but not to worry getting on my ps and qs fr let’s goooooooo using these video’s for motivation to keep going!!!!!! 🌊🌊
This is my 5th day since kinda scalping and i been following these tips with slight adjustments like instead of 15 in the morning/afternoon/night i do 20 and i already have some ripples forming in certain areas of my head
Im trying to start my wave journey but my hair is really tall and the wash and style method isnt really working right now so qam gonna just cut it all of tomorrow at your height and start from scratch
Y’all- just keep trying different products that say ‘wave/curl activator’ And add your durag. It’s a trial/error thing. Theres at least one out there that will pop off for you. I eventually found my cocktail: find yours. Just a small sample size bottle 1 time try can change your hair completely. This vid is great about showing brush strokes direction and brush times, durag tips perfectly!
I don't have waves naturally how can i do it to make it work??🥺 Someone told me to buy wave relaxer and the pomade I rubbed everything on my hair still it didn't work Instead the relaxer permed my hair too much I don't know what to do now 😔😔

Carry a soft brush with you to laid down any hair, or ziplock bag

Soft brushes don’t move my hair, even when it’s soaked or has product. So I have to use medium even at that short cause it’s coarse asf

@@HELPINGHANDZ6 soft brushes are more useful for low cuts and laying down your hair. Use hard brushes if you have more hair.
