You said "Idk why there would be juice in your hair" lmao You must be too young to know about the jerry curl days then 😂 Mf's used to literally carry activator juice on them and re-juice throughout the day! Had them curls drippin 💀😭
I had the hardest time with brushing. I realized dry brushing was ruining my progress. Instead I just wash n style twice a week. The day after a wash I apply my products by hand with the grain and rerag. Leave durag on as much as possible. I currently brush less and have waves compatible to when I wash brushing my arm off.
It's all about finding what works for you, bro! Sounds like you've got a solid routine now. Instead of giving up the other brush session all together, applying products more often might make a difference. Keep putting in that work, and your waves will only get better! 🌊💪
@@WaveManMike And since he already has gain progress. He could also use Soft Brush/Medium Soft Brush while doing normal everyday brushing. As well as, Medium/Medium Hard/Hard Brushes during a Wash n Style.

You teaching me a lot bro. Jus started back getting into waves since my Hs days. . I jus noticed you applied the oil first & then the moisturizer. Any reason for that? Does your hair benefit more from it? I usually moisturize first, oil and then brush. Feels like I’m missing out or somethin now lol
I apply oil before the moisturizer because the oil seals in the moisture from the water in my hair. You can absolutely moisturize first if that’s what you prefer. Experiment to see what gives you the best results-there’s no wrong way, just your way. Keep brushing, and don’t forget to like and subscribe!
@trillsam7726 26 King Wavy products I use the Shea butter and hair growth oil from his, along with his shampoo bars. His products can be a little pricey, but it's worth it since it's real natural hair products.

@trillsam7726 it really doesn't matter. Some stuff at family dollar can get you right🤣☝️they have good shit. I use the oils like argon oil, advocato oil, coconut oil. Moisturizer I use wave builder Moisturizer or poppy blasted beeswax
@WaveManMike, I'm just starting out with waves, how often do I need to do the wash and style method, and how often should i use products? Should i do them on different days or the same days Would it be bad to do a brush session without washing your hair or using products(more like dry brushing)?
you bro you know any good moisturizer I can get that good for my hair i’m buying a couple of your brush but i need a moisturizer and then i can Begin my 360 waves journey
I’m a new waver, literally just starting out, I’m confused about when to put my products in. I see people have a morning routine and a night routine. I have a moisturizer, a butter and a pomade. Should I put all three in at the same time or should I only do some in the morning in the some at night, is this every day thing that I put my products in or should it be every couple days I put my products in my hair, and would it be wrong to add moisturizer to my hair every day?
Bruh did you not watch the video? I have a few friends w/ waves and each has a completely different routine even to get the same reaults lmao Everyone's hair is different and nobody knows your hair better than you 💯 I suggest use each product by itself once and see _how_ it affects your hair than change up routine as needed till you get improvements 👍
Hey thanks for the video! Question Ive ben brushing and do ragging for about a month now. But I brush my hair with a hand sized curved sift brush only and I use the full brush side ways. You brush your with just the tip of the brush. Does this matter? I have waves coming all ready. I use a wave butter, coconut oil and lemon grass for moisturizing. I guess well see in another three weeks or so 😂
Hey Mike I started this year doing my waves and I'm wondering if I need a wave maker , because currently I don't have any product or related and I'll buy it later because of some reasons so are my waves going to show at the time being when I'm brushing my hair with no wave maker ?.
@@WaveManMike When I stopped waving I decided to get an afro and you know how much hair you need to grow an afro so it took me while to grow my hair out for an afro I've had an afro for 6 months now, so now I want to get back into waving your vids have been poping up on my recommended videos and it just got me in the mood of waving
You nailed it👍🏽 Brush your waves in with either no product or just a moisturizer/leave in conditioner the night before your cut then leave your durag on after you wake up until right before you go get cut, hit them with a quick *soft* brush right before jumpin in the 🚗 and most importantly tell your barber to only cut *with the grain* 💯 Depending on your progress will be what guard length you get but under no circumstances should it be lower than a "2 with the grain" and going up from there if your waves are deeper 👍🏽🌊
Nobody online is capable of answering that lol it depends on your hair type, texture, & how "trainable" your hair is first off.. then from there it depends on how locked in you are with brushing & durag time lol

Hey bro I’m a beginner and I’m not starting with a very flat cut. How long will it take if my hair isn’t completely flat ?
Nobody online is capable of answering that lol it depends on your hair type, texture, & how "trainable" your hair is first off.. then from there it depends on how locked in you are with brushing & durag time lol
The softer your hair/looser your curl pattern is, the easier it is to train down longer hair 👍🏽
I’m trying to get my nephew waves lol I remember my uncle’s using murrays. This shampoo stuff is new..
Man I’ve been doing this wrong for so many years 🤣 🤣.
Having the hardest time getting my angles right. I have waves but the connections are hella spotty and can't establish my crown
If I only had someone to do this for me 😢
What do you mean
You can ask your barber for artificial waves 🤷🏽
Look it up on TH-cam.. only downside is you gotta shave your head and they only last like 4 months lol
45 min to 1hr of brushing straight??
