Cetrion is voiced by Mary Elizabeth Mcglynn. She’s voiced in a few animes, plays Dr. Maheswaren in Steven Universe, and has sang in a lot of games in the Silent Hill franchise, even voice acting in the 2012 HD Collection of Silent Hill 2. This woman can’t get enough credit.
Whoah. I didn’t know that! She’s also the voice of the female crusader in Diablo III. I absolutely adore her voice!

@AJ Martinez Many other intro videos do not have all of the dialogue and they go on longer than needed because they show the stage entrance animations for both characters for every single dialogue exchange.

Okay wait a minute, so (I haven't played the game yet so I don't know the full story) she's a goddess of light and virtue, the antithesis to Shinnok's darkness and corruption, and her virtues are the typical affirm life and respect and honor and so on. If she keeps preaching this message, why is she so keen to draw the influence of light back and allow darkness to rise up again for whatever "balance" Mama Thanos is cooking up? Although she does preach honor to parents, so that's probably why.
well first, as she said, she is part of the balance, virtuous as Shinnock is sinful, the light of his darkness. But he was dead, the balance was disrupted and so Cetrion become darker. After all, how light can shine without darkness to illuminate? they define eachother.
also there is the possibility that Kronika either manipulate her or control her.
I like how many of the characters saw through Cetrion’s hypocrisy.
