Love the video! But I also want to point out Aalto for Jiyan. A lot of content creators miss out on mentioning Aalto as another great damage buffer for Jiyan if they have him and do not have Mortefi.
The Aalto underappreciation hurts me, I run him with Jiyan Verina and he flows in and out better than Mortefi does because of his mobility and taunt while providing similar buffs, and also isn't as restricted to ult for supporting. Aalto with Jiyan feels more like a team effort than a hypercarry setup.
Bro, I can feel your enthusiasm going down talking about Lingyang and going up again with Chixia hehe, poor guy, I personally though his normal attacks and skill were great but everything else is quite awkward to use.
How to play Lingyang: Don't let him hold back the team. agreed though, Lingyang isn't exactly easy to work with and I don't blame him for focusing on who to add.
I forgot if it was an Echo or weapons (maybe the battle pass) but it has something like a 60% increased Outro damage. On top of Lingyangs already stupid high Outro damage multiplier of almost %600? I feel like theres something cooking here. He might be less of a main DPS on field but rather meant to build Concerto quick to nuke with his Outro to pair with another main or sub.

I've been using Encore, Verina, and Jianxin. I know Sauha would be better that Jianxin for this team, but I like the comfort. Jianxin gives a huge shield, a bit of extra healing, a good bit of crowd control, and solid damage herself. I know a lot of people would say "get gud, learn to dodge or counter" but that is much easier said then done with encore. Her melle attack sequence is so chatoic and goes all over, and stopping it losses a lot of dps. So I find having healing and a shield helps her a lot.
My current team is Havoc Rover, Chixia, and Verina. Especially against the over-leveled challenge enemies. I have Jiyan but I use Havoc Rover far more because their DPS combo is significantly more compact and I know I can fit 100% of it in during a boss' stun duration.
I'm so confused why Sanhua is not a good teammate for Calcharo. I play this for 2 weeks with a lot of endgame experience in GI and HSR and understand nothing at all.
I think I found my comfort team: Mortefi -> Jianxin -> Rover. It's fun seeing all Mortefi's fire flying from Jiangxin heavy attack + shield/heal then Rover's burst damage.
For the Havoc Rover/ Danjin / Jianxin team I'm actually using the lingering tunes set as an alternative for Jianxin since most of my best echoes in the moonlit and rejuvenating sets are used by my other characters (Mortefi, Verina and Baizhi) or just crap for Jianxin. So if anyone struggles like me don't forget that Jianxin scales on her ATK%
My main team is Jiyan, Mortefi & Verina. NGL, overworld enemies feel like I'm cutting through butter even when I'm still to get the perfect 3 star echoes for them. Once my 3 star echo farming is done for all of them, this team is going to D--D-D-STROY! Also, this team is so good to farm the echoes for the other team I'm trying to build. Just got a perfect Dreamless for Havoc Rover yesterday. I'm just loving this game so much right now. Can't wait for the future updates & more content.

Obviously Encore as the main dps cause she's so strong, Baizhi heals and Taoqi as a sort of flex that sub dps and sheilds and self heals. Her ult does so much dmg in basically a nuke which is fun to see😅 and the sheild on half the health bar is awesome. I would've loved to pick up Jiyan but I didn't play the game when he was on banner

Oh that Taoqi support for Chixia is a good one! I've been using Chixia + Verina and had no idea who to throw in as a third, so it was just another flex DPS slot.
Hav Rover - Danjin - Jianxin Jiyan - Mortefi - Verina Calcharo - Yinlin - Yangyang Each has a puller to gather trash, with the right echo sets they have multiple buffers, no doubling up. Will be possible soon with the Yinlin news.
With the limitation of small roster we currently have. The only team that have all 3 characters work perfectly for each other in a cycle in my opinion is Jianxin + Yinyang + Mortefi. Open the first cycle with spamming echo so all 3 fill up half the intro/outtro circle and then start with Jianxin with her full combo and she will have a huge shield and Ulti buff pass on to Mortefi, let him on field a bit to fill up everything then burst and switch to Jinyang so that he carry all the buff and start go unga bunga until his ultimate end then switch again to Jianxin (Jianxin intro will suck all small enemies around into her and Jinyang outro will strike and deal dmg to those enemies) then start the cycle again.
Jiyan, jianxin, and verina can be a deadly combo tho. Its my comp team right now. Jianxin had been a very fun to play unit, i really like her forte skill that can provide heal, shield and big aoe damage. Her ult can be used to grouping enemies and jiyan can burst them with his ult. Verina doing verina things 😂.

Right now im running Calcharo, Mortefi and Varina and im having a blast with it. I swear, with Varina i can run Calcharo down to near death, swap to varina and within a few seconds i can bring Calcharo back out with near FULL HEALTH. It is SO BROKEN....LOL.

During the first few days tho, I'd listen to guides / review / impression vids and most CCs be like "Furina (Verina) is an insane support"- I was like who?? I didn't follow leaks, nor was I able to play WuWa as much due to school

You are half wrong in this case, Calcharo's resonance liberation (ult) is scaled of 1) Basic Attack and 2) Forte Circuit. In his liberation state, Calcharo's enhanced basic attacks (the 5x combo) are still considered basic attack damage, and when he gains 5 stacks of 'killing intent' it turns into 'death messenger' which is considered resonance liberation damage, it is scaled of both the liberation and Forte Circuit skills. So in actuality, if you don't have Jianxin, Sanhua is actually a very good sub-dps for him because she has short on-field time, but her outro skill (assuming your next swap is to Calcharo) is that she gives the next character 38% Basic Attack DMG Deepen. Which is perfect for Calcharo when he uses his resonance liberation.
I've been playing around with Jiyan > Jianxin > rover (spectro). S4 rover heal + jianxin shield covers more then enough damage mitigation to clear any fight.
Just want to point out that according to prydwen’s damage calculations, lingering tunes is a better set for calcharo than void thunder and dealing 101.55% of void thunder’s dmg.
I just want a gunslinger team. Chixia, Mortefi and Aalto. Currently running Mortefi, Aalto and Verina since I'm not a big fan of Chixia and you need to have a healer on your team basically so Chixia gets the cut.
I was wondering... Havoc has both Dreamless and Crownless as 4 Cost Echoes at the moment. You're obviously running Dreamless but I wanted to know about Crownless. My friend runs both with 3 1 Cost Atk% Echoes and I wanted to know if that's better than running 2 3 Cost Havoc%. The 5pc Havoc together with Umbra alredy gives Rover alot of Havoc DMG so maybe getting more Crit Stats and an Extra ATK% could possibly be better than the normal set combo?
for end game, 43311 is better than 44111 and getting the 3 cost is harder. you can use 44111 for now but if you already have a good 43311 just use the 43311

I myself am using a havoc rover with jianxin almost exclusively since my other character isn't even used tbh but i plan on adding danjin there but i dont have near enough exp items for that rn but for jianxin i actually use moonlit bell borne as i find that its much better than the heron since it gives rover more poise when im in a pinch due to bad decisions😅
i made Yuanwu,Baizhi as supports in the game, and yeah we don't have enough support resonator and support echoes as of now we badly need plenty of those and I'm still little bit confused on outro & intro skills (i just ignore them cuz for me they're kinda meh) we only have moonlit & rejuvenating glow for now but i hope a patch or an updates gives us plenty of choices to choose from.

Now that Changli is coming out soon, based on what we know, do you think Havoc Rover - Changli - Jianxin, would work? I feel more comfortable playing with Jianxins shield, which does great healing too (like 2000+ total and she's level 40 with mediocre echo's since I haven't gotten Databank 15 yet) -> to the point where I basically dont use verina at all unless my Jianxin gets low, which again happens quite rarely for me. And I really want to get Changli but want to keep Rover and Jianxin since I enjoy using Rover and as I explained: Jianxins shield
since like already pull at beginner banner as Calacharo, and picked Verina from the FREE ticket they gave and i havent much rolled on 80pulls for beginner banner.... maybe ill just wait for YinLin i guess... and yes... i never rolled on Jyan's banner so no mortefi or danjin......
there is something that i don't really get, Do I need to fully charge two outro skills, then switch between the two of my supports to apply the buffs to my main DPS? Or can I not use two outro skills for my main DPS? What I mean is, does the outro skill buff the next character or the whole team? If it only buffs the next character, how should my rotation be?
@V4mp.r3 his death messenger does not count as heavy attack, it is liberation dmg, so thundering actually provides better buffs than tempest in hindsight. BUT .The reason for tempest is its animation is much faster than thundering. Good luck getting uninterrupted final hit from a long 6 hit combo where you cannot dodge, you have to tank through high damage bosses. Plus, the target tracking on thundering is very scuffed on multiple targets. Thundering with its long animation sequence can be tricky to fit into a rotation as well. The enemies are not target dummies, they are moving targets with mechanics. Tho, I am just speaking this out of pure observation and flow of gameplay, still waiting to see actual numbers. ALTHOUGH, thundering shiny phantom is bugged currently and actually applies the buff on the very 1st hit, does not need to go through the final 6th hit.

Aalto is weird. Too low damage for a main dps, too low utility and too hogh on-field time for a sub-dps. Right now, considering wuwa's generousity, he is not really worth wasting resources on.
I got jiyan in my first 10 pulls luckily. But I don't have mortefi. And I don't wanna pull cause I want save for upcoming characters. Suggest me some teams for jiyan without mortefi. (Currently I have rover, calcharo, verina, jianxin, baizhi, chixia, danjin, sanhua, and yangyang.)
I think taoqi can also work with rover and danjin, since danjin doesn’t lose taoqi’s shields and the resonance skill damage deepen can boost her damage significantly.

I feel more comfortable playing with Jianxins shield, which does great healing too (like 2000+ total and she's level 40 with mediocre echo's since I haven't gotten Databank 15 yet) -> to the point where I basically dont use verina at all unless my Jianxin gets low, which again happens quite rarely for me. And I really want to get Changli but want to keep Rover and Jianxin since I enjoy using Rover and as I explained: Jianxins shield

Encore is my favorite character. But also I pretty much have Chixia maxed out because the game thinks I don't need Danjin or Jiyan...

since like already pull at beginner banner as Calacharo, and picked Verina from the FREE ticket they gave and i havent much rolled on 80pulls for beginner banner.... maybe ill just wait for YinLin i guess...

there is something that i don't really get, Do I need to fully charge two outro skills, then switch between the two of my supports to apply the buffs to my main DPS? Or can I not use two outro skills for my main DPS? What I mean is, does the outro skill buff the next character or the whole team? If it only buffs the next character, how should my rotation be?

@V4mp.r3 his death messenger does not count as heavy attack, it is liberation dmg, so thundering actually provides better buffs than tempest in hindsight. BUT .The reason for tempest is its animation is much faster than thundering. Good luck getting uninterrupted final hit from a long 6 hit combo where you cannot dodge, you have to tank through high damage bosses. Plus, the target tracking on thundering is very scuffed on multiple targets. Thundering with its long animation sequence can be tricky to fit into a rotation as well. The enemies are not target dummies, they are moving targets with mechanics. Tho, I am just speaking this out of pure observation and flow of gameplay, still waiting to see actual numbers.
ALTHOUGH, thundering shiny phantom is bugged currently and actually applies the buff on the very 1st hit, does not need to go through the final 6th hit.

My 3 teams are: 1.Calcharo yinlin verina 2. encore sanhua yangyang 3. havoc rover baizhi taoqi ill maybe switch some of them in 2 and 3 but u think thats good for now?
You can see their real names when you switch the language to Korean or Japanese (jiyan= kieom / calcharo= kakaro / yinlin= umrim)

Aalto is weird. Too low damage for a main dps, too low utility and too hogh on-field time for a sub-dps. Right now, considering wuwa's generousity, he is not really worth wasting resources on.

How is jianxin a f2p option on the calchero team
I got jiyan in my first 10 pulls luckily. But I don't have mortefi. And I don't wanna pull cause I want save for upcoming characters.
Suggest me some teams for jiyan without mortefi.
(Currently I have rover, calcharo, verina, jianxin, baizhi, chixia, danjin, sanhua, and yangyang.)
Jianxin buffs my calcharo better than verina has. Or I just don't understand how to get the buff from verina.

129 pulls and 10 pull in jiyan and yinlin banner and didnt get mortefi guess ill use yangyang for tower with jiyan
I think taoqi can also work with rover and danjin, since danjin doesn’t lose taoqi’s shields and the resonance skill damage deepen can boost her damage significantly.
