If you do the Jump version of the true sight attack, after you do a plunge attack, you will start from Basic Attack 3 on the ground If you use Charged basic on the ground, you will enter Mid Air Basic Attack 3 in the air *In short, u can: Intro > Charge + Plunge > E > Charge + Plunge > BA3+4 > Charge + Plunge > E > Conquest > Consume forte gauge* This way, you never do BA 1 2 mid rotation on the ground and always *skip to the 3rd part* of the BA You can also replace Intro with Heavy Basic > Mid Air BA 3+4. Does a tiny bit more dmg than doing Ground BA 1 - 3 This is mostly just a fun thing to do in the open world. The point is that there are so many ways to gain true sight its actually a lot of fun
Cool and fun, but my Encore uses her resonance skill every 10 seconds (because it is stupidly powerful), so there is no time for more than max one attack combo each switch-in. Encores skill + outro damage obliterates all elites, even the toughest enemies there is only enough health left to survive Changli's Intro > Charge and most of the time there are no more enemies in range after that. And the best start to a boss fight is not with that combo, it's: Start with Verina and all characters fully charged 0. Move to just outside of boss pulling range. 1. Heal with Verina to gain 20s team attack buff. 3. Switch to Changli 4. Q (ride in with Flamer Rider Bike, cancel bike in range of boss) 5. Flaming Sacrifice 6. Switch to Encore (triggering outro/intro) 7. Encore - E 8. Encore - Start Mayham 9. Switch to Verina (triggering outro/intro) 9b. Verina - attack in air, land and use E (optional, renews buffs, etc) 10. Switch Changli (triggering outro/intro) 11. Resonance Liberation 12. Dodge (bosses start attacking here if buffs are renewed) 13. Flaming Sacrifice 14. Dodge (bosses start attacking here otherwise) The combo is definitely overkill tho, because farm bosses die at Changli's Resonance Liberation, before they started attacking.

She feels so satisfying to play just cutting throgh mobs like butter. Absolute peak animation, design, and sfx. Aerial combo, high mobility, crazy aoe, fluid combos. Kuro cooked really really hard with her kit, it's an experience genshin could never provide

It should be Intro > BA (charge) > Plunge > BA3 > BA4 > BA (conquest) > skill > BA (conquest) > skill > BA (conquest) > Hold > Ult > Hold > Outro. No need to do a full 4 basic attack string after the 2nd "skill > conquest" combo since the after the plunge from intro you u can directly skip the 1st 2 basic attack string and proceed to the 3rd and 4th saving you time Edit: fixed wording
This is ridiculous, it takes barely any time to get stacks as is, no need that further optimize. Her dmg output is godlike no matter what so just spam the keyboard and kill everything.

One of the most underrated stuff about Changli is that her air forte attack is *ABSOLUTELY INSANE* when it comes to parrying. Like I am pretty sure I am missing the timing but nope, it always parries. I hated fighting fighting Jue with my jiyan or calcharo but with changli is feels like you're putting it out of it's misery since yo can spend the whole fight in the air and parry him like crazy.
This is what I'm saying, She is somewhat like Jiyan level coz her Auto-parry is insane and she is Quickswap intensive which provides so many windows. plus she does aerial combat at the jinhsi level which helps in survivability from ground attacks
@@Ricky47564ty Honestly before release I would argue with "jinshi level" but her animations are so fast that as long as you don't miss the timing you stay in the air. Her kit is so fast that the damage output scales with player's APM. Like you can cancel anything while doing everything at mach 5.

Using Changli as a main DPS, Mortefi is a good sub-dps, since he buffs ATK and HA deepen. While Changli can buff fusion and RL dmg for Mortefi, which in turn buffs Changli with a stronger RL. Rinse and repeat. Quick swapping between the 2 is seemless and hella satisfying.
Thank you for this very well made and simple to understand guide. I lost the 50% to Encore and almost lost hope but I managed to get her not long after. Good luck to everyone who's trying to get her.
As f2p, I manage to get not only Changli at pity 30 winning 50/50 but also her weapon before it ended last night, it did make me go to 72, which some may argue was a waste, but it wasn't for me, again I wanted to build her properly, she's defiantly my favorite character. I have Calchero but I think I'm going to build Changli to max first and focus on my healer next. Echo wise I manage to get lucky and get good substats and main stat echos. From the old event that ended 2 days ago (I don't remember the name) I manage to get x2 Legendary Echoes with great substats so yea! I don't have the best healer in the game, but Baizhi in my opinion is 2nd best, been carrying me well so I'm going to focus on Changli and Baizhi for now and then decide on my 3rd, probably Havoc Rover when I unlock her. But thank you for the guide as well as explaining in more detail about how she works and her kit etc. Because I do want to see big numbers at R0, and so far she is, but I would like to build Changli properly since I got her, her weapon and her echo set. So far as a DPS, she has carried me pretty well against tough enemies hehe.
Even if Dps characters have complex and unique kits, Kuro is able to make each character balanced. So that people can enjoy whichever character they want, without thinking about meta.

Tbh she’s strong but I notice the difference with jinshi cause I have both with their signature but jinshi is so friendly it doesn’t matter what she has on, so I benched her for now until my changli is peak
I’m running the mommy team with Yinlin and verina and my god. Changli’s kit plus Yinlins sinner’s mark is blowing through endgame content way better than my calcharo has ever done😭 (Dw calcharo I still love you homie lmao)
Same team. I was using Calcharo as well, but his combos just don't compare to these 1.1 characters. His damage is still great, but having 0 mobility while doing the combos, not being able to dodge without losing tons of dps during ult is just a dealbreaker for me. Should they ever rework his kit, I would start maining him again.
I really liked Jihnsi and thought I would go for her but after playing her trial several times I just didn’t click with her play style so I agonized over pulling her or not. Finally I decided not because the fun factor wasn’t there even though I absolutely love her animations. Changli, however, feels really easy and natural to play for me so I’m glad I didn’t let jihnsi’s dragon animations sway me. Tysm for explaining her kit in such an easy to understand way!

the game has been generous and the gacha has been kind to me so far. I have Encore S1, Verina, Calcharo, Jiyan, Yinlin, and Changli, as well as Jinshi's weapon, 2 standard *5 sword, a standard *5 broadsword, and a standard *5 rectifier. All of those and I still have my *5 weapon selector and F2P. Loving Changli so far even with the standard *5 sword.

Changli and Yanlin also works do well together, both can be played as dps and sub dps and when paired together, they work well. Also both are hot as hell.❤
Indeed. Overall you get more damage this way than running Mortefi/Chixia/Taoqui as the sub/support. I'm willing to bet the damage is quite similar to Encore/Changli comps as well. People really underestimate just how hard Yinlin's Resonance Lib hits (and how quickly she builds the energy for it).
I love how most characters still doesnt have their best optimal support or team, it leaves more roomfor these characters to be buffed in the future imo. Like yinlin can have a future electro dps, jinhsi a skill buffer with stacking capability and Changli who needs someone who can make use of her buffs or quick swap
There is another way you can get her forte faster Intro > True Sight Charge > E > True Sight Charge > BA3,4 > True Sight Charge > E > True Sight Charge or Conquest whatever you prefer. When you plunge after True Sight Charge you skip to BA3 instead of starting with BA1
i really want her, but equally, but some of cameylla's (i think thats how say it) sfx were found in the files recently which suggests he could be coming soon, so i am not gonna lose my guarantee on getting by by pulling for changli
For me my fav on field infinite combo would be Skill 1 > jump (1 stack) > plunge > atk > jump (2 stack) > plunge > atk > atk (3 stack) > skill 2 > plunge > atk > forte > liberation > forte
Baizhi I feel like doesn't get enough appreciation. If you pick up Baizhi's inherent skill's feather on correct character + outro buff she is barely few % behind Verina, even if Baizhi's feather buff is a bit more restrictive than Verina's Outro being straight up universal. Also, If you have Chixia S4+ she can outperform S0 Encore.
my team is Changli, Havoc Rover (Dreamless), Verina Changli has her signature weapon and 5 pc Fusion set with 60+ crit rate and 230+ crit dmg rover has Genesis sword with 60+ crit rate and 180+ crit dmg i recently pulled Verina from beginners banner (glad saving that banner came handy) Im using Variation weapon and 5 pc Healing set with Energy regen stats
I like to do her ba4 combo for one stack, then her skill twice to put her stacks to 3, swap off to use my supports then outro back into Changli for the 4th stack then Inferno rider -> CA-> burst->CA then spam her stuck to get to 4 stacks and do another CA then swap off to my supports again
First thing I did was use her with Jinhsi and they are great together. Big PP damage and air juggle extravaganza. I got her weapon on the first 10 pull with the free wishes we got a few weeks ago. Thanks Kuro.
I love Changli. I don't love my Echoes. I'm out of resources to level them up trying to get decent substats... They really need to make those more plentiful....
Yeah considering how many bad rolls there are they really need to up the echo resources. I farmed like 20 freaking inferno riders before finally getting a decent one with good rolls.
I was mad I did not get Jiyan but I got Calcharo, then took Verina (free), manage to pulled Jinshi (and Emerald Genesis Sword) and last night pulled Changli with her sword. Now I have to grinding asterites lol
You dont realize that after her plunge she does the 3rd hit combo like the dodge attack, so your rotation should be Intro>ts:charge>plunge>3rd&4th NA>ts:conguest>skill>ts:conquest>skill>conquest its faster than the first combo you showed
as you said her sig is better choice than s1 (just like in most case). But I am planning to invest 160 pull on her + have 1 chance to buy 1 sequence for her. I already have 5* EoG and seems only 10% different from her sig. While s1 is only 2% diff, s2 is 118% diff. I wonder what's the best pull here? In ideal scenario, I could have s3 + EoG. But I am on rate off, so it's the lowest chance.
Besides the skill and skill intro, what's the fastest combo you can use to get her stacks? Seeing as it takes 4 basic attacks to get a stack it sounds scary during some fight where you could get tapped 1-2 times and you're dead 💀
It's been so hard not to pull her, I have enough for her s1 and weapon but I'm dedicated to saving for camellia. It doesn't help that I have passively built a perfect set for her when I don't even use a fusion character.
Is it ok to use the molten rift set on Changli when Jihnsi is on the team? Or does it have to be strictly moonlit set in order to fully boost Jihnsi? Are there risks to using the molten rift set when Changli plays as a sub dps?
Got changli on 30 pulls and her weapon in first 10 ....feeling lucky wanted encore already spent 180 didn't get it . I know everyone will say the free 5 star selection .... my dumass first choose calcharo and for second choice i picked verina ......now only encore is missing ......currently running with chixia with the 5 star pistol.....and i'm greatful to have this....... i'm f2p btw

I would use Verina but some how I have lost every 50/50 for her. I have every character but her, it kind of sucks but Baizhou is maxed out since I've got hella dupes. But every minute I know Verina would've made things so much better.
Hello wuwa players. Im a genshin player, and in genshin if you say "elemental skill damage" means yoh dont actually need to level their NA. Is it the same for wuwa, or you still need to level NA for better damage? Also do you guys enhance characters intro skill?

Jiyan better at crowd control but had a downtime when his ult gone, while Changli is consistent DPS she can maintain her buff 100%. They both at the same level
Nah, She's below Jiyan and Jinhsi, but not that low, equally strong as Encore, but probably become better if there's another Fusion Sub-DPS for Changli (Skill dmg deepen or Fusion)
Personally I would say no only because I think even if she is slightly stronger on paper, her rotations and playstyle is very skill heavy whereas getting Jiyan's ideal rotation is very easy. I think for 90% of players Jiyan is better, but for sweaty players who want to actually master her combos then maybe Changli teams will have better dps. But not by enough to say she is better, I think Jinhsi/Yinlin are on top rn, then Jiyan/Changli with Jiyan slightly edging out
73 pulls on Changli banner as f2p, only 5 star i got is Changli... Baizhi is C4. Yuanwu is C4. Mortefi is C3. Yangyang is C3. I cannot relate to those who paid and still lost.
4:30 the rotation is wrong After her intro, she does the bird attack, that gives a forte stack, after that, you can do one basic to plunge with her. After that plunge she goes straight to the 3rd basic attack, so you only need to do 2 more basic attacks instead of a full string.

No sir, BA (charge), the phoenix version, is the one that allows you to plunge and start from BA3. BA (conquest) is the ground attack.

As f2p, I manage to get not only Changli at pity 30 winning 50/50 but also her weapon before it ended last night, it did make me go to 72, which some may argue was a waste, but it wasn't for me, again I wanted to build her properly, she's defiantly my favorite character. I have Calchero but I think I'm going to build Changli to max first and focus on my healer next. Echo wise I manage to get lucky and get good substats and main stat echos. From the old event that ended 2 days ago (I don't remember the name) I manage to get x2 Legendary Echoes with great substats so yea!
I don't have the best healer in the game, but Baizhi in my opinion is 2nd best, been carrying me well so I'm going to focus on Changli and Baizhi for now and then decide on my 3rd, probably Havoc Rover when I unlock her. But thank you for the guide as well as explaining in more detail about how she works and her kit etc.
Because I do want to see big numbers at R0, and so far she is, but I would like to build Changli properly since I got her, her weapon and her echo set. So far as a DPS, she has carried me pretty well against tough enemies hehe.
Even if Dps characters have complex and unique kits, Kuro is able to make each character balanced. So that people can enjoy whichever character they want, without thinking about meta.

Changli is really strong in her own unique way, especially with her phoenix motifs and being able to gain stacks
Tbh she’s strong but I notice the difference with jinshi cause I have both with their signature but jinshi is so friendly it doesn’t matter what she has on, so I benched her for now until my changli is peak

I’m running the mommy team with Yinlin and verina and my god. Changli’s kit plus Yinlins sinner’s mark is blowing through endgame content way better than my calcharo has ever done😭

I was using Calcharo as well, but his combos just don't compare to these 1.1 characters.
His damage is still great, but having 0 mobility while doing the combos, not being able to dodge without losing tons of dps during ult is just a dealbreaker for me.
Should they ever rework his kit, I would start maining him again.

I really liked Jihnsi and thought I would go for her but after playing her trial several times I just didn’t click with her play style so I agonized over pulling her or not. Finally I decided not because the fun factor wasn’t there even though I absolutely love her animations. Changli, however, feels really easy and natural to play for me so I’m glad I didn’t let jihnsi’s dragon animations sway me. Tysm for explaining her kit in such an easy to understand way!

the game has been generous and the gacha has been kind to me so far. I have Encore S1, Verina, Calcharo, Jiyan, Yinlin, and Changli, as well as Jinshi's weapon, 2 standard *5 sword, a standard *5 broadsword, and a standard *5 rectifier. All of those and I still have my *5 weapon selector and F2P. Loving Changli so far even with the standard *5 sword.

Changli and Yanlin also works do well together, both can be played as dps and sub dps and when paired together, they work well. Also both are hot as hell.❤
Indeed. Overall you get more damage this way than running Mortefi/Chixia/Taoqui as the sub/support.
I'm willing to bet the damage is quite similar to Encore/Changli comps as well. People really underestimate just how hard Yinlin's Resonance Lib hits (and how quickly she builds the energy for it).
I love how most characters still doesnt have their best optimal support or team, it leaves more roomfor these characters to be buffed in the future imo. Like yinlin can have a future electro dps, jinhsi a skill buffer with stacking capability and Changli who needs someone who can make use of her buffs or quick swap

There is another way you can get her forte faster
Intro > True Sight Charge > E > True Sight Charge > BA3,4 > True Sight Charge > E > True Sight Charge or Conquest whatever you prefer.
When you plunge after True Sight Charge you skip to BA3 instead of starting with BA1
Main thing is - she keeps her buff when swapped out, so you can use skill -> swap -> do something -> swap back -> do enchanced attack
She looks really fun. Anyone who loves to animation cancel will have eyegasm with her. Even more if you add Encore who can do animation cancels too.
i really want her, but equally, but some of cameylla's (i think thats how say it) sfx were found in the files recently which suggests he could be coming soon, so i am not gonna lose my guarantee on getting by by pulling for changli
For me my fav on field infinite combo would be
Skill 1 > jump (1 stack) > plunge > atk > jump (2 stack) > plunge > atk > atk (3 stack) > skill 2 > plunge > atk > forte > liberation > forte
I got her 2x in my first 10 pull!

Baizhi I feel like doesn't get enough appreciation. If you pick up Baizhi's inherent skill's feather on correct character + outro buff she is barely few % behind Verina, even if Baizhi's feather buff is a bit more restrictive than Verina's Outro being straight up universal.
Also, If you have Chixia S4+ she can outperform S0 Encore.
my team is Changli, Havoc Rover (Dreamless), Verina
Changli has her signature weapon and 5 pc Fusion set with 60+ crit rate and 230+ crit dmg
rover has Genesis sword with 60+ crit rate and 180+ crit dmg
i recently pulled Verina from beginners banner (glad saving that banner came handy)
Im using Variation weapon and 5 pc Healing set with Energy regen stats
I like to do her ba4 combo for one stack, then her skill twice to put her stacks to 3, swap off to use my supports then outro back into Changli for the 4th stack then
Inferno rider -> CA-> burst->CA then spam her stuck to get to 4 stacks and do another CA then swap off to my supports again
I know it isn't optimal, but I am using the mommy team. Or I guess the two mommies and oneechan. Changing, jinhsi, and yinlin.
I got her quite unexpectedly just literal one pull out of whim. I never expected that.

First thing I did was use her with Jinhsi and they are great together. Big PP damage and air juggle extravaganza. I got her weapon on the first 10 pull with the free wishes we got a few weeks ago. Thanks Kuro.

Yeah considering how many bad rolls there are they really need to up the echo resources. I farmed like 20 freaking inferno riders before finally getting a decent one with good rolls.

You dont realize that after her plunge she does the 3rd hit combo like the dodge attack, so your rotation should be
Intro>ts:charge>plunge>3rd&4th NA>ts:conguest>skill>ts:conquest>skill>conquest

as you said her sig is better choice than s1 (just like in most case). But I am planning to invest 160 pull on her + have 1 chance to buy 1 sequence for her. I already have 5* EoG and seems only 10% different from her sig. While s1 is only 2% diff, s2 is 118% diff. I wonder what's the best pull here?
In ideal scenario, I could have s3 + EoG. But I am on rate off, so it's the lowest chance.
Changli will work even better with Rover in the future whenever he gets the Fusion element
Besides the skill and skill intro, what's the fastest combo you can use to get her stacks? Seeing as it takes 4 basic attacks to get a stack it sounds scary during some fight where you could get tapped 1-2 times and you're dead 💀

It's been so hard not to pull her, I have enough for her s1 and weapon but I'm dedicated to saving for camellia. It doesn't help that I have passively built a perfect set for her when I don't even use a fusion character.
Is it ok to use the molten rift set on Changli when Jihnsi is on the team? Or does it have to be strictly moonlit set in order to fully boost Jihnsi? Are there risks to using the molten rift set when Changli plays as a sub dps?
The Def down is good and unique aside from Spectro rover. Because that thing unbuff food Chang Li able to hit 120k
Got changli on 30 pulls and her weapon in first 10 ....feeling lucky wanted encore already spent 180 didn't get it . I know everyone will say the free 5 star selection .... my dumass first choose calcharo and for second choice i picked verina ......now only encore is missing ......currently running with chixia with the 5 star pistol.....and i'm greatful to have this....... i'm f2p btw

I would use Verina but some how I have lost every 50/50 for her. I have every character but her, it kind of sucks but Baizhou is maxed out since I've got hella dupes. But every minute I know Verina would've made things so much better.

Hello wuwa players. Im a genshin player, and in genshin if you say "elemental skill damage" means yoh dont actually need to level their NA. Is it the same for wuwa, or you still need to level NA for better damage?
Also do you guys enhance characters intro skill?
Elemental skill dmg in wuwa is the same as elem skill in genshin.

@@Kurasoupojust level their NA to level 6 and upgrade everything else first. Changli NA multiplier are fairly low.

Jiyan better at crowd control but had a downtime when his ult gone, while Changli is consistent DPS she can maintain her buff 100%. They both at the same level
Nah, She's below Jiyan and Jinhsi, but not that low, equally strong as Encore, but probably become better if there's another Fusion Sub-DPS for Changli (Skill dmg deepen or Fusion)
Personally I would say no only because I think even if she is slightly stronger on paper, her rotations and playstyle is very skill heavy whereas getting Jiyan's ideal rotation is very easy. I think for 90% of players Jiyan is better, but for sweaty players who want to actually master her combos then maybe Changli teams will have better dps. But not by enough to say she is better, I think Jinhsi/Yinlin are on top rn, then Jiyan/Changli with Jiyan slightly edging out
Maybe or not, it still to early to conclusion because Changli is heavy depend on skill so need to wait for tutorial combo skill rotation

4:30 the rotation is wrong
After her intro, she does the bird attack, that gives a forte stack, after that, you can do one basic to plunge with her. After that plunge she goes straight to the 3rd basic attack,
so you only need to do 2 more basic attacks instead of a full string.
