Ok. Did some calculations. To make a 21 Litre batch of 5% abv water would be (alberta grocery store prices) 2 kg of surgery 3.29 super store. Wine yeast save on food 1.79 4 flavor squirter 4@ 4.99 = 25.04. Bottling in 500 ml bottles would give you 42 bottles. Which works out to $0.60 per large bottle
