If you are wondering what safety system they use here it's ATB the Dutch equivalent to the French and British high speed 1 KVB VACMA TVM-430.

The Eurostar AC motor sounds different to the Eurostar in the UK why BTW I prefer the one in the UK

Because in the UK it uses 25k volts while here in the Netherlands it uses 1.5k volts. This why it sounds different, Siemens trains motor traction changes when switching overheadwires.
