Hey! I lived in Bangkok for 3 years and went to ISB- I love and miss Thailand! Make sure you reach out to me when the time comes to move here- I would love to help.
Great video and sooo informative! My family and I are looking to move to Augusta. With all the details you provided for us will definitely help greatly with our decision on where to live. Thank you so very much!
Thanks it was very helpful. Also please help us for those families living on SS income limited to $3200 per month. Location to rent the condo or apartment relative in a new area away from the city. Thanks again.
wouldn't make it here in that income, low income housing doesn't exist, nore does the services they'd need. ( least not yet its growing give it a decade) relator wont tell you the truth of our living index, Aiken was more affordable, but quickly beign out priced also
I own and now rent property off Gordon highway & Highland ave. Less than a mile from that "Revitalization" Old Regency Mall. What advice do U have, sell now or wait? Also is there any real news on groundbreaking for that so called "Revitalization" of Regency Mall area.
Hey, I would say it would depend on your timeline. If you are fine to wait it out until they actually start the revitalization (I have not seen a definite start date yet) then I imagine property values will continue to increase, especially once they finish the project. Could be a few years or 10 years. Remember when they wanted to move the Greenjackets stadium and the county couldn't ever agree so the Greenjackets went across the river instead? Property values locally are still appreciating, just at a much slower pace than the last few years. We still have an inventory shortage (we are only at arond 3.5 months of inventory... to be a balanced market it would need to be 5-6 months of inventory) so I imagine Spring of 2024 will be a fairly strong market for sellers. If you'd like me to run numbers for you, feel free to reach out to me, then you can make a more informed decision if you want to hold for a while or if you want to sell. 706-703-4920

I will add this to my list of videos to do too! We do have some apartments and a few condos in the area that are not in the city.
