    Nice setup Sir
    What is the ceiling height in that basement gym?
    Thinking about doing something similar in my basement..

    • @BasementGymreviews
      @BasementGymreviews  8 วันที่ผ่านมา

      @@ousamaabdu794 my basement is 90 inches to the frame and 100 inches between frames. However I wouldn’t worry about the height I would worry about entering into your basement. I had to passed out on a lot of good deals because I couldn’t get it into my basement gym and a lot of times it will fit in your gym but you couldn’t get it to fit into your basement doorway. So if you thinking about building a basement gym think about can you get it into your gym first then think about will it fit.

    This is a great video and a fantastic gym. Love all of the plate loaded machines with a budget feel and getting them second hand. It’s so much better when you get everything cheap and reused!

      @@HomeGymAustralia thank you and yes a lot of people getting them new and lose thousands of dollars. if I ever decide to sell them I will make some money after I used them for my personal goals.

    Nicely done....if u decide 2 get horse stall mats instead of leaving in sun or scrubbing...i used a ionizer afew times n it removed most off that terrible smell. I have garage setup n not as large as yours. If u dont buy a ionizer u could rent 1. But i have a Amazon one which works fine in a 1 or 2 car garage. I use the ionizer eom/ every other month 2 freshin up the gym.
    If u need a nx equipment suggestion, I got Bells of Steel cable tower plate loaded...I love it ...
    its a great addition 2 a gym n opens up alot of training options. Bolt it 2 wall trust me lol😮

      @@EddieJames-u3n I’m thinking buying used horse stall mats so someone else could done it for me. I think about upgrading my Titan lat tower to the bell of steel lat tower. It is better designed for the low row. U should try the weight stacks I used to love plate loaded but after I tried the weight stacks I can’t go back.

      I've been secretly [ Hides from Wifey] searching for a 2nd BOS cable tower hoping 2 find 1 on market place🤞🙏

    For multiple hand positions on tbar row, consider a back widow attachment or ironmaster’s ultimate row handle. They both can also be used for multiple grip seated row and pull-down variations. The ironmaster attachment can also be used for cable chest flys. You can also consider using a hex bar instead of Olympic for your tbar rows. It’s more space friendly and less of a hassle to set up

    • @BasementGymreviews
      @BasementGymreviews  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      So I’m currently building a diy chest supported t bar row machine and it can change into normal t bar row machine so it is like a combo machine but I need a new handle so I will definitely look into your suggestions. After I finishing making the machine I will share it

    So much space in that basement so Jelly and good deals on the equipment. Long term If it were me I'd probably save up and invest in an entrance to the basement from the outside to to get in and out better. GL on your journey.

    Unattached the monitor on the echo. Maybe the battery is dead. It might be an easy fix. Also make sure the cable snap is secured to the monitor when putting it back or it won’t read your activity on the bike.

    • @BasementGymreviews
      @BasementGymreviews  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      I opened the monitor and found out that a chip in the motherboard came loose. I think that the reason why the monitor isn’t working properly. It just missing the topside information of the screen. I couldn’t find anyone who could solder it back on or it would be expensive to fix it so buying a new monitor would be the best option.
