Moissanite is graded like diamond, so buying one with a lower letter number will give a whiter color, like buying a D colored stone. The 4 C's for Diamond apply to Moissanite; cut, color, clarity and carat. I love the Moissanite pieces I've purchased lately and am also enjoying lab created gemstones. Lab created diamond is still quite pricey, Moissanite is a much better deal, and even the diamond testing machines can't differentiate between the two.
No CZ for me. I love the Moisannite rings. My husband got me a Moisannite wedding ring for our 43rd Anniversary. It is absolutely beautiful! It is over 2 carrots and sparkles beautifully. Mine is a D stone. And it is very clear. No yellow to it.
I just purchased two rings from maxine,so I hope they will look ok. They said in the description they are white gold so I'm hoping the won't turn green or tarnish. I have never bought from a Chinese jewelry company. Send me good faith that I didn't make a mistake
Sona is man made diamonds. So they are diamonds but they're not found in nature then cut, they're manufactured. CZ is glass made to look similar to diamond. Hope this helps
I just received 2 sets yesterday of the maxine jewelry. My first reaction was laughter. Legit the ugliest, fake piece of jewelry I've ever purchased. The color looked so white that it would be embarrassing to wear it out. I wore it for awhile before giving it to my daughter since we're allergic. I couldn't keep it on overnight because within the first hour my skin started to itch, then it felt like it was burning. I was excited for this, but sadly I threw them in the garbage today.
How long did you take to receive it? I ordered a simple band a week ago and never received even an order confirmation let alone shipping confirmation...
Wait till the CZ turns into a block of rock salt. Moissanite is the KING of all jewels, better than real diamond. More fire than a diamond at 1-20th the price.
LoL, CZ's don't turn into a block of rock salt or any other kind of salt. There are different grades of CZ, buy the best and they'll last many, many years. I bought a 14k gold eternity band, with CZ'S, to go with the 3 stone 14k gold diamond ring my late husband bought me many years ago. Honestly can't tell the difference between the diamonds and the CZ'S, the key is keeping them clean and they'll shine forever.
Yes if you know diamonds. Diamonds reflect blue white color and brilliance. CZ and Moissonite both reflect the entire rainbow. It is the rainbow color that gives them away.. Still, they are beautiful.
The smaller the stone is, the more convincing it will look. The rainbow is more obvious on larger stones. That said, I've seen high quality diamonds with rainbow colours.
The big rocks look fake. No one would believe you could afford such a grossly oversized "diamond". It's pretty cocktail costume jewelry but not high quality looking at all. The round is gawdy.

Sorry. There are no D color moissanites. Only a diamond can get a D rating because there is naturally more color I moissanites.
No matter how beautiful a moissanite I won’t buy. I only interested in real diamonds although very pricey. It sparkles really great.

Their is no such thing as superb cz. They get cloudy and look cheap. Sorry moissanite is way better
