Definitely. Things in common, how we cope differently with similar situations but both fear or shame based, how we protect ourselves etc. Its better to understand than to judge
@@superanxietychick7035 - Just listening to the conversation w Cluster B milkshake, it's amazing how you seem to get each other, and I can see lots of commonalities... even with my own life experience. I also have a problematic mom, who also acted like she hated me when I was young... and I'll bet a lot of people w personality disorders have similar experiences. very interesting. This weekend I've been slammed with weekend work, but one of these weeks maybe we can do one too 🙂
@@superanxietychick7035 -- my best day is sunday, but sometimes I have overload work that spills into the weekend... so it's like 2 sundays out of each month that I end up being available. But let's stay in touch. I also appreciate your angle & experience.... It's good that you're honest about how many years it takes to recondition ourselves. It doesn't make sense to mislead people to underestimate the difficulty of recovery... but, at the same, time, I think we have to motivate people to welcome the difficulty, because some recovery is possible for those who really want it. 🙂
I think it's great when people from different personality disorders can share their experiences. It's amazing the things we end up having in common.
