I just pulled my three Dinky Eagle models out of a tub. They are ROUGH because I was a kid when I got them and played with them HARD. I even brush-painted one of them white (because they came in white and an awful green, WTF?).. one of the crew modules is painted silver for some reason, and I can't find the crane module. I'm going to see about totally disassembling everything, stripping all the paint, and redoing them. I'll 3D print broken parts (I'll design them if I have to). This will be fun.
Used to have the old MPC Eagle from the 80's, but I still have my Dinky Eagle ( the only Space piece I have left ). Loved seeing your collection and made me want more, just cannot afford the prices for these models.
Had to check this out! Todd, love ya man! Great to get back in touch. This is Tom Brown from Woodway in Muncie. When you texted "obsessed" I didn't know the extent. Glad your obsession is well-placed, though! Great.
I would have been there live if I had known. :-) I'm still looking for an eagle. I had two (from Revell) when i was a teenager. I had to glue the landing feet on several times. And Alan Carter was my most favourate character. Unfortunaly the kits are so expensive.
Amazing camera worthy model builds, mate.
Thank you 🙏
Wonderful collection
Thank you. 🙂
