Yeah, there's one on the high street. There is also a Mar d'Fora on the right side with access to the hotel beach. It's a lot less crowded. And there are two places on the left side: Boneca Bar and Bistro Algar Seco.
We are looking to stay there mid September very near the beach. Your video makes it look very peaceful! Did you find the bars and restaurants crowded or noisy late at night? I see some are open until 4am and I'm a bit concerned about the noise if we rent a place nearby.
August is the peak of night activity. Carvoeiro is not known for its long nightlife. In September it will be much less crowded due to the start of school and the Portuguese working weekdays. So don't worry about it. You will have a wonderful holiday.
