What is the best season to visit Vienna?

Since the weather is playing creasy,
It's not easy to say , midle of September
till Oktober sould be nice !
Vienna is very Green,lots of colours,
all around and about 15 to 20 degrees
and a blue sky!!!
( I hope so )
