Verge Properties built this Modern Farmhouse at 2901 Helen ave this past year and a family is already enjoying the great location as well as high-end finishes in a truly livable package. The front porch has some nice details already as you walk up, bringing out the character of a southern farm house but with modern details such as TnG ceiling, Laser cut metal accents, Black-framed windows, and turquoise custom door. @@Yoflowanimation If we can find a parcel zoned for multifamily that makes sense, you could develop it. There are some luxury 3-story brownstone townhomes popping up in more dense areas like SODO and Winter Park adjacent, where the developers can fit about 12-15 units (3 buildings) that each go for around $500k, and would rent for $3000/mo. Those would be higher end but some areas would call for something less expensive. Its the multifamily zoning (or getting it rezoned) that can be tougher to obtain
