I-4 between Tampa and Orlando is the deadliest stretch of highway in the U.S. and US-19 between St. Petersburg and Hudson is #2. The symbol for these highways should be an upsidedown car. Insane drivers will kill you in a heartbeat!
Next time get off Tampa Airport to Clearwater via 60 and stay in the SAME lane all the way through and across the Courtney Campbell Causeway! I drove that every day for 2 years…. There’s a feeling about it that makes you feel like you’re gliding. So fun!
Am visiting Clearwater in May and just checking out the scene. Cloud formation beautiful. I figure if I can hustle the byways of Los Angeles I hope I can handle Tampa 🌅🌴

You should see how the highways are in South Florida (Dade, Broward) and you would change your opinion. They are under construction 24/365 and are always in terrible condition.

I-75 should also be 4 through lanes for each direction and 2 through lanes for each express Lane in each direction.
