It’s so great to see you feeling better. Your pictures are gorgeous by the way….I got a half page done this month, lol….so don’t feel bad. I would love to see some of your techniques in coloring. One of the first TH-cam hosts I listened to said to get started you need two things…a color book….and a few pencil colors….she used the smaller box of Crayola or the smaller box of Prisma…she said she would advise starting with a small box because it forces you to learn to blend colors together to create the color you want. I was drawn to her because she showed economical ways to color, relax and destress…I like that you also believe like her. I would get very frustrated when my pictures did not come out like some of the colorists on TH-cam ( I guess I’m not the only one, lol) but I heard a lady say quit comparing yourself to others. Some of these people are artists in their own right. Some teach art. Some have simply been practicing for many years. This really put things in perspective for me. Now I take things slow and easy. I love watching others color. I like when they explain and teach the techniques to us. I love flips of books. I have eight but I still enjoy looking….lol..I am excited about your giveaway those are always fun. Yes October if great I love the fall….it almost guarantees no more hurricanes for the year….yay. Where I live we have been hit by three hurricanes, a hundred year flood, and a week long ice storm since last summer….good old global warming…yikes…so between that and covid that is what got me into trying to color. I mean as a retired first grade teacher I love creating things but you can imagine we created on a very simple basis with that age group. I loved it. My absolute favorite was Twila the witch page. Oh my gosh she is adorable and I love the way the lightfast pencils looked on this page. I love your pictures. You have only coloured three this time around, but remember it isn't how many you have coloured, it is wether or not you had fun doing then. On a side note, I love Molly Harrison's work. I just received her 100 grey scale pictures with mermaids, fairies, and witches. Should keep me busy for a,while.

Wow, you look sooo good. I too would like to see an eye tutorial on how you do eyes. The eyes in your pictures look so good . Can I also request a video on coloring supplies you love and worth the $$$. You saved me from wasting $$ on Pablo pencils with your video on “ coloring supplies you wasted your $ on”. On average, it takes me a week or more to finish a picture unless I use markers. I’m not on Instagram, but I’m tempted to join now that you’re doing a live instagram today!! I’m from Ontario, Canada. Can you tell me what part of the USA you are from so I can figure out the time difference?
October is my favorite month too. It's such a pretty time of year. Very smart to avoid DMs and email for awhile yet. The good stuff will keep, and the less good stuff can wait. LOVED the pictures, how cute, and those eyes and colors were lovely. I'm doing mermaids right now, got a new commission unexpectedly, so have to pull together all the things for that. I hope I will get permission to share the finished drawn/colored series, might have to put COPY across them. :D I don't care. I don't get commissions very often. It will be on her story. It will say that she is live and you will get a notification saying she is live. You just have to be subscribed and have notifications for her channel. You will just click her little circle that will show she is live. hope this helped!
