Does it give an orange effect under the sunlight?

for me it didnt when i redid it properly! but even though it says permanent dye, it still washed off after around a week or so, so the orange did start showing again. but i’m not sure if its because my hair is bleached, so it might stay longer on non-bleached hair :)
